Pros:

Check-in took a long time to do due to some systems failure. Had to wait maybe 30-45 minutes. Besides that it was a good stay. Definitely park in the sp parking garage since its close to the hotel and allows drivers to come and go as they please.

The room was well set up , amenities were as described. The continental breakfast was great!
Enough towels in bathroom.

Cons:

There was chaos in the dining area. It would be nice to have some order. Guests with kids should try to have one parent watch them while the other picks up food and trade off but 4 kids tagging onto the parents add to crowding and spills/accidents which interrupts staff routine.

Not bad. Could have been better.

Breakfast was great. Valet was outstanding.

Cons:

I booked a high-rise room but was given a room on the 6th floor. Definitely not high. I would have liked to have been aware of the parking situation before arriving. Also, I could have gone without the duplicate charge on my credit card. I didn't arrive until almost 3 am so it was quiet irritating.

A comfortable downtown stay with practical amenities and fun attractions just steps away.
Pros:

We really appreciated the on-site laundry and the convenient downtown location. It put us within easy walking distance of so many fun attractions, like the Illusion Museum, Selfie Museum, and Children’s Museum.

Cons:

The pool was unfortunately too cloudy and a strong chlorine smell, which made us hesitant to let our kids swim. Breakfast also lacked variety - vegetarian options were limited, and there were none available for vegans.

It was hard for us to enjoy our stay after a stranger barged in the room 🥴
Pros:

Great location, close to 16th street mall with access to many restaurants and shops. Staff was friendly. Even the person who mistakingly barged into our room to drop off a crib that we didn't order smiled. 4⁴

Cons:

Perhaps it was out fault for not locking the top lock while we were in the room, but never did we imagine a staff member would enter our room, without knocking, to drop off a crib we didn't need or order. It happened about 30 minutes after we called the front desk to ask for someone to come unplug our bathroom vanity sink (which would not drain, at all).
