I loved how my room felt like a mini apartment condo! It had a little kitchen area and living room/dining area which was so cozy.

Cons:

I didn’t like how the microwave in the room didn’t work… but that’s only minor. Everything else was good.

Le confort de la chambre. Le gentil monsieur de l’accueil.

Cons:

Séjour assez décevant. La cuisine de notre chambre/appartement est tellement sous-équipée qu’elle en devient presque symbolique : pas même un couteau. Le robinet de l’évier est branlant..

La salle de bain mériterait clairement un rafraîchissement : douche avec une pression quasi inexistante, mauvaise évacuation des lavabos et joints devenus noirs. Dans le salon, le canapé est taché. Les chambres sont confortables, mais en six jours les draps n’ont été changés qu’une seule fois — et les miens étaient déjà tachés. Le ménage semble être fait de façon très superficielle.

La piscine est minuscule pour un bâtiment de cette taille et les deux transats disponibles sont dans un état si lamentable que nous avons préféré ne pas nous y installer.

Enfin, la plus grande déception reste l’absence totale de flexibilité pour le check-out. Bloquées à Bangkok comme beaucoup de voyageurs suite à des annulations de vols liées au conflit au Moyen-Orient, nous avons simplement demandé quelques heures supplémentaires. La seule solution proposée a été de payer une nuit complète pour quelques heures de plus. Une politique certes très claire… mais étonnamment peu empathique dans ce contexte.

Au final, un établissement qui semble avoir oublié qu’au-delà des chambres et des murs, l’hospitalité reste normalement le cœur du métier.

Pros:

My first check-in on 2nd February was great and the room was very nice. However, during my second check-in I was given a different room on another floor, and it was not very comfortable, especially the bed mattress.
