Pros:

Hyggelig personale, rene rom og gode senger.

Cons:

Rommet vi hadde (2 soverom leilighet) bærer preg av en viss slitasje, var en litt funky lukt i leiligheten, og det ene badet hadde tett sluk i dusjen og toalettet var også tett, balkongen inneholder også vaskemaskin, som gjør det tilnærmet umulig å komme seg ut døra siden denne står plassert rett utenfor, bygget er også ganske lytt med tanke på andre gjester.

Pros:

The room was clean. The TV was a smart television. The bedroom was a separate room. The 2 air condtioners cooled really well. The room key automated the lift to your floor number. The pool looked very nice, but I didn't get a chance to use it. The bed was extremely comfortable and they had nice quality sheets.

Cons:

The room 605 that i stayed in, the shower flooded, because the drain was blocked. I went to the reception to report this, and was advised that a technician would come and fix it that same day. That never happened, and my feet were in a pool of dirty water every time that i showered. There's no bench space to place toiletries. The shower pressure was weak. The couch in the loungeroom was grubby and old, and the arm on the couch was wobbly and unstable. The room is beside the road, and the old windows let in every bit of traffic noise, so it was hard to sleep. The security lock was misaligned and didn't work. There's no hanging rack to hang the hand towel. The bedside light was falling apart. The air-conditioners are both old and very loud. The one in the lounge makes a loud clunk noise, when it's switched off. No coat hangers in the cupboard. The hotel is in a side street that has very limited shopping.

Pros:

Easy access to cafes, restaurants and 7-11. Tuk tuk shuttle service during working hours to BTS Ekkamai/Thong Lo and various hotspots in the area. Apartment is modern and generally clean. Staff are friendly, including the security guards and tuk tuk shuttle driver.

Cons:

Lower floor (was on L3) facing directly at residential homes on one side. Washing machine on the balcony needs a little getting used to.
