A 4 star hotel with 5 star quality
Pros:

Check in, valet parking, service were all excellent. Room and bathroom were spacious. The shower was separate from the bath tub. Toiletries were excellent products and plentiful. Great tv and internet access.

Cons:

My only criticism was that the food could have been better.
Our room was right on David and on Saturday night it was quite noisy. The other two nightstands were quiet

A nice hotel but OTT for a short overnight stay.
Pros:

Great location and nice touches like glass of bubbly on arrival

Cons:

My state was too short to take advantage of any of the facilities that warranted the price point.

Pros:

It was a beautiful hotel, really boutique feel in a great part of town. Beautiful room, great shower and just all round lovely. Lovely cafe and restaurant attached.

Pros:

Very clean, spacious rooms. Excellent location - easily accessible to bus/train and in the heart of Yaletown. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Wifi excellent. Bed was very comfortable.

Horrible; poor conduct facilitated by the hotel manager is inexcusable.

Excellent check in reception staff. Exquisite, thoughtful and tasteful restaurant. Horrible hotel manager who attempted to aggressively intrude the room as I was half dressed just out of the shower prior to approved late check out time.
Recommendation: New hotel manager.
