A SCAM!!!!!!!

Owner was out of reach the day of our stay. We tried to contact her all throughout the day but she’s not answering our calls. We asked through the security building and after one hour of waiting, he told us that the room apartment is no longer available “as per the owner”. It was so disappointing because we cannot refund it the same day and the owner is not cooperative and responsive at all. We came from airport thinking we can rest somehow but it turns out that we’re searching for another room available nearby. VERY DISAPPOINTING indeed.

I did not like how they made my mom pay additional charge for early check in for only 2 hours, very inconsiderate knowing that the room is empty. I reserved 2 twin beds and they gave her 1 queen and sofa, not compliant. Does not meet expectation as to reservation and a little bit of consideration, i would understand if room os occupied and still needs cleaning but in this case, it is emptu and ready for occupancy.We have the same situation encounter at F1 HOTEL in BGC, but the xoncierge learned that room is empty and ready for occupancy, they made us check in right away. Your staff needs a little compassion sometimes, my mom and her cousin comes from an 10 hours trip from the province. Never again to this place, sorry.
