Connaissant très bien l’île de Langkawi je ne retournerai pas dans cet hôtel

L’emplacement seulement

Cons:

Personnel pas très chaleureux sourire forcé,
Réceptionniste pas très aimable pendant tout le séjour sauf un monsieur au Check out,
Seulement une serviette corps par personne J’ai dû demandé 3 fois à avoir des serviettes pour les cheveux
Pas de lampes de chevet,
Évier était bouché à notre arrivée, j’ai demandé à plusieurs reprises de faire quelque chose mais cela ne semblait pas les déranger, alors on a laissé tomber
On a découvert au matin de notre départ que le café thé et tasses étaient dans un tiroir dommage pas à la vue des clients,
Et quand on a quitté l’hôtel je me suis rappelé que j’avais oublié sur le lit un vêtement qui me tient à cœur j’a envoyé un message via booking pour qu’il puisse me l’envoyer à ma charge bien sûr mais l’hôtel a ignoré mon message,
Zéro service client et fidélité,

Fin beliggenhen men styr unna og kjøpe frokost som tilvalg. Masse steder som tilbyr frokost så det anbefales å ordne fro

Bra beliggenhet helt greie rom

Cons:

Frokosten var elendig 🥵 lite mat og få valg muligheter, utrolig lite service innstilte betjening…….😡 måtte betale ekstra for et glass vann!

Superbe emplacement, face à la Mer.
Personnel gentil.
Par contre, manque de prises dans la chambre, climatisation tombée en panne 4fois, ils sont intervenus assez rapidement sans vraiment résoudre le problème.

Cons:

Le manque de prises, et climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas.

Sehr gutes Mittelklassehotel mit freundlichem Service und perfekter Lage.
Pros:

Lage perfekt. Direkt am Strand und in der Hauptausgehstraße. Unzählige Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zimmer sehr zweckmäßig mit Balkon und Aussicht auf die Straße.
