Bien situé
Pros:

Hotel bien situé à une centaine de mètres de la promenade. Le petit parking est un plus. Le rapport qualité prix est bon

Cons:

La salle de bain mériterait un coup de neuf notamment au niveau des joints.

Pros:

The old building is lovely and the 24h reception was very handy. The neighbourhood is a little outside of 'old Nice' and is much quieter but has plenty of amenities, it is a very short walk to the seafront. This was by far the most affordable hotel we found in Nice in terms of value for money.

Cons:

The room was very small and quite dark, the bathroom similarly was tiny and although very clean had a shower curtain that stuck to you. We went in the winter and while the hallway was incredibly hot the room temperature was difficult to regulate and stayed fairly cold throughout our stay. The balcony was also not usable.

Pros:

Hyvä aamuainen. Kaunis kattaus uudistetussa aamiaishuoneessa.Hotellin sijainti palveluineen on mainio. Puutarha on kiva lisä. Ranskalainen parveke mukava. Hotelli on kodikas. Autopaikkaa emme tarvinnert, mutta se on tärkeä autoileville.

Cons:

Huone on melko pieni, mutta reppumatkailijalle se riittää yöpymiseen.

Ausgezeichneter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und konnten durch die Reservierung eines Parkplatzes (20€) direkt neben dem Hotel parken. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet. Unser Doppelzimmer im 2. Stock hat uns sehr gut gefallen, schöner französischer Stil, alles sauber! Toller kleiner französischer Balkon. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, gerne wieder!

Am meisten hat mir das Klavier im Frühstücksraum gefallen. Das stand vertraut an der Wand und lud ein zum Spielen. Albumblatt für Eliose von Katschaturiam hätte man zum besten geben können oder Mercy, Mercy, Mercy von Adam Adderly.

Cons:

Es gibt keinen Lift und meine Schwester ist schlecht im Treppen steigen, weil sie schon 80 ist.
