Great Location, we got free upgrade and the room top garden views over the river looking a Brisbane were wonderful
Pros:

Location and apartment size was very big

Cons:

Car Parking - paying extra when there is a space allocation to each unit anyway. Underground driveway turns between each floor are very tight

It was in a good location.

Cons:

Some of the furniture was damaged and very old.
The bathroom was dated and mould in grout. The traffic was loud early morning.

Would not stay again.
Pros:

Not much to like actually.

Cons:

Value for money is shocking. Old appartments, Tv has antenna only, no pay tv. The rooms had an really outdated feel to them. The drain in the second bathroom was so foul smelling that I had to ask for a room change. Parking garage is tiny. Up and down ramp is shared. No good for bigger cars. View onto the train line. For paying $600 for one night it’s definitely not worth it.

Cheap but far from cheerful !

Great location and size of apartment View of city stunning at night

Cons:

Filthy stained beds and mattress protectors ; foul stained pillows and thick layers of dust on windowsills ; debris under the bed of unknown origin ; scuttling bug on bed ; chipped and worn furniture ; non functional WiFi / TV - lack of response when issues raised ….

Quite pleasant

Fearful with drug heads found walking and fire stairs in corridors late at night .

Adequate accommodation with wonderful staff in a fabulous location.
Pros:

My review is mixed. The front desk staff were wonderful and very responsive. However, i booked a one-bed suite based on the photos provided in the ad. The first room I had was on the second floor and I had an amazing view of walls. Nothing but concrete. The desk told me I had been “upgraded” from my one bed booking to a 2 bed booking. Ummm…. No thanks. The suite had no knives and only a lid fitting a very small pot. In the morning I saw a few bugs. The desk staff was super amazing and immediate found a knife (in the packaging - how was I supposed to open the packaging and get at the very large knife?), and when told about the bugs, they immediately offered me to change rooms. The new room (on the 6th floor) was much better. No bugs. It had knives. And the sunlight flooded the suite. The view wasnt much better. But overall, this suite was much better. I would not recommend this place to my family and friends, but if you’ve already booked, it’s not too bad. Location is great. The front desk staff is wonderful. The suites are clean but minimally equipped.

Cons:

2nd floor was like a cave - Bugs and no knives. It was very dark and just not homey at all. The 6th floor suite was worlds better with sunlight streaming into the suite. But only a very small pot with a lid. The medium pot and frying pan did not have a lid. No mixing bowl. It felt like it was set up with minimums in mind. No extra garbage bag for the kitchen trash can. The bed cover was very light weight which was okay for summer, but i would have preferred if there were a blanket as well. I did like the flex room in the 6th floor suite. And the bathroom was decently laid out (pro tip: angle the shower head appropriately or you’ll flood the bathroom - that glass shower door is for looks only)

Average. I wouldn’t stay there again.
Pros:

Fabulous location for Southbank and QPac.

Cons:

Not very clean. Shower door handle held in by sticky tape. A double bed mattress thrown on Queen base. First night no water in ensuite. Bedroom light blown. Pillows old and lumpy. Hallways and lift smelt like someone puked in there Sunday morning.
