Would recommend these apartments if you want to be close to the South Brisbane precinct.
Pros:

Great location, easy parking, the two bed apartment, had everything we required for our stay.

Cons:

I've stayed at these apartment twice in 18 months and the spa pool is still out of order?

Pros:

The apartment was very clean and well presented. The car park was easy to access. Location was great, easy walk to train station. I would happily stay here again. Great value for money

Cons:

The only downside was that one of the elevators wasn't working

Fab value for central location.
Pros:

Fantastic value for money for a brill central location in the middle of a major city. Great service letting us check in an hour early and leave car until lunch while on our fabulous walking tour with Tiffany of Guru Walks. Stay here and do the walking tour!! And Moreton Island wreck snorkelling.

Never fet safe, beggars outside asking for money,.Its a 3 star at best, dont be fooled by photos .Give this place a wide

Old and lots not working.Just 1 lift, upstairs spa etc they called pool as well ( joke) closed, not working , reception, often closed back in 15 minutes ( joke) , dirty walls in apartment , needs a complete makeover

BED BUGS OR DUST MITES IN THE BED !!

Mould everywhere in the bathrooms
Stains all over the carpet
Stains all of bedding
Dust over ever surface
Reception is rough
Parking is extra fee and terrible
Not staffed after 430pm

On the way out I saw the cleaning / laundry room while the one cleaner was walking out and it was filthy !! Things thrown everywhere .

I asked for a refund and they flat out refused didn’t want to hear it , you can tell they deal with this a lot and just avoid any complaints
