Amazing location and staff.
Pros:

The location was perfect! So close to everything!

Cons:

I stayed in the 5th floor and the noise from the restaurant was a bit much at times. I suggest putting a door to separate the hallway. We also had a pigeon next right outside our window die in the mini split

Great spot but ruined by the noise
Pros:

Great location and helpful staff. Can’t beat the view from the 5th floor restaurant.

Cons:

It’s so noisy. Every day cars drive down the main strip blaring music - that happens from morning through the night. There’s no getting away from it - they provide ear plugs on check in so you know it’s bad! Real shame as it ruined what was otherwise a great hotel.

Pros:

Location, staff, view: excellent.
Perfect view for sunsets from our room. (Malecon, sea view). Nice lobby.

Cons:

Because it’s located at the malecon, you will hear the action of the street.
Earplugs are provided by hotel in advance.
Room was a bit dated but all was clean and functional.

Great, convenient location on the Malecón. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

The room was lacking a bar fridge, sufficient or any racks for drying towels or bathing suits. Only one chair in the room to sit on.

Other than the cement wall. Stay was lovely. Will come back if the opportunity arises.
Pros:

Perfect location.

Cons:

I was expecting a nice view but I just had a cement wall. So having a balcony with a cement wall in front of you is kind of pointless.

Very pleasant and conveniently located.
Pros:

Room looked out onto the bay-beautiful sunsets! Very near dock- 3 minute walk to dock where most of boat tours and diving tour started.
