Fun to be beach front and in the heart of the Malecon.
Pros:

Location is great if you want to be in the heart of the action. Walkable to area restaurants and historical buildings, Art Museum. Boat Tours go out about a block away and the Bus Station is very close also.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the room we had did not have a refrigerator. We also have leftovers when eating out and it would have been a great addition.

Trop cher, mais emplacement parfait si vous ne craignez pas le bruit
Pros:

La localisation centrale et une partie du personnel serviable notamment pour la gestion de nos bagages.

Cons:

Le bruit infernal jusque très tard dans la nuit. Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées. La propreté douteuse en particulier des traces de moisissure dans la salle de bain, et le sol qui n’a jamais été lavé de tout notre séjour. Une personne de l’accueil nous a demandé de payer pour une heure de plus sur notre Check out alors que la chambre était disponible et que nous avions passé une semaine sur place.

Ubicación grandiosa
Pros:

La ubicación es grandiosa ya que está frente a la playa, muchos sitios para comer quedan muy cerca y muchos tours parten desde un punto del malecón ubicado a una cuadra del hotel. Ideal para un viaje en pareja.

Cons:

El hotel se quedó sin suministro de agua una noche de mi estancia (mayo del 2025).

The hotel is nice. The restaurant upstairs is good. The room is fantastic, but it is extremely noisy.
Pros:

Amazing view. Room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

The noise… it is party central right outside the window until about 3 o’clock in the morning. We now know why there is earplugs beside the bed. My husband got little sleep.

Excelente ubicación pero ambiente ruidoso al interior.
Pros:

El personal demasiado atento, nos brindó facilidades para estacionar nuestro auto antes de hacer el check in y resguardaron nuestras pertenencias al hacer check out por unas horas. La habitación muy limpia y cómoda.

Cons:

Todo bien, menos que el ruido de las otras habitaciones, los otros huéspedes molestaban con su plática, llanto de niños o risas. No pudimos descansar bien ya que el ruido no se aisla.
