llegamos a la habirtacion y el aire acondicionado estaba goteando, toda la cama mojada, almoadas etc.. no habia otra habitacion ni personal para camboar las sabanas, todo mal.

Punthill at Spring Hill was handy, comfortable and affordable. Thank you for a pleasant stay.
Pros:

Nice staff. Clean and tidy room. Bigger than expected or needed. Very comfortable bed. Lovely linens. Towels were excellent too. Bathroom was spotless and the cleaners obviously take great care with their work. The shower was great to use.

Cons:

The only things that could have been improved were that the air conditioning unit was making a knocking noise. I turned it off overnight else I would not have been able to sleep for the knocking noise it was making.
The balcony curtains /sheers were hanging off their curtain hooks, where they join. Otherwise everything was clean, tidy and organised.

We thought room service cleaning could be improved. We didn't have our linen change throughout the nine days we stayed there.

Never again
Pros:

OK, do you think you should book yourself? If you are looking for one to three nights, then it will be good; any longer, do not bother! I booked a three-person room for two people to have more room, and I liked the idea of a bed around the corner for more privacy, as I was sharing with my nephew. We booked for two weeks. Looking at the diagram, it showed one single wardrobe and one double wardrobe, plenty of space (so I thought), and all the hotel pictures looked good.
The staff are very friendly,
The beds are clean and very comfortable, but the hotel is a bit tired.

Cons:

The room had one single wardrobe with 7 hangers, no drawers, so we lived out of our cases for two weeks and
I was shocked to find out that if you are staying for more than a week, then you only get housekeeping every 7 days. Our bins were overflowing, so they made an exception and agreed to collect them after five days. They also told us we could collect clean towels ourselves from reception if we couldn't wait a week. The pool is cold and very shabby, and I was not impressed with the balcony furniture
