L’hotel è su via Toledo, una posizione a 5 minuti dalla metropolitana Toledo e 10 minuti circa da piazza del Plebiscito.

Cons:

A causa di un guasto, il riscaldamento non funzionava.
Per scusarsi dell’accaduto, il personale dell’hotel ci ha offerto la colazione in camera.

Pros:

Posizione eccezionale , staff gentile e disponibilissimo. Molto accogliente e servizio h24.

Cons:

La camera era soppalcata . Il letto matrimoniale era sul soppalco dove non c’era una finestra o fonte di luce naturale . Se si soffrono i luoghi chiusi diventa un problema . Il bagno invece era sotto dove tra l’altro faceva sempre freddo mentre sul
Soppalco si moriva di caldo perché l’aria tendeva ad andare verso l’alto . Nel complesso però ottima struttura sia come staff che come posizione top! Sicuramente ci tornerò ma non prenderò più quella camera .

Très bien !
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé avec des chambres confortables. Les personnel est très chaleureux, accueillant et sympathique. Les filles de l’accueil sont adorables. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Cons:

Un pommeau de douche en plus du « Sky-shower » serait parfait, ceci dit les salles de bains sont confortables.
