Clean, quiet and convenient
Pros:

Very convenient, near Hakata Station and also near Canal City and can hop onto nearest train station to Tenshi

Cons:

Need to improve on breakfast. Not nice and quite expensive. Both the western and Japanese sections are below average.

A premier hotel stay in Fukuoka
Pros:

Hotel feels new and well-appointed. Clean interior and spacious rooms. Location is quite convenient being close by to a subway station (Kushida shrine). Though Hakata station is a bit of a longer distance away, it is still very walkable. There are convenience stores close by as well. We arrived early and the rooms were not yet ready, so we stored our bags, and when we returned to check in our bags had been placed in our rooms - this was very thoughtful and kind of the hotel staff. Staff stationed around the lobby and check-in counters were very ready to help with any matter at all.

Nothing to dislike!
