довольно хорошо
Pros:

Находится прямо в самом районе Волкенстрит Джомтьен (Супертаун ещё называется). очень удобно добираться в центр - рядом дорога с общественным транспортом. Есть бассейн, правда работает до 8 вечера только.

Cons:

Хромает, как и везде звукоизоляция... Где то неподалёку кафе с рок музыкой ( даже Хэви- метал!) и оно работает до 4 утра! Если надо уснуть до этого времени - то только зарывшись в подушки)) Окна и наружная веранда выходят во внутренний дворик, вид- на соседнее здание в 15 метрах. Однако, не заметно было чтобы напротив кто то проживал, так что это не доставляло особых неудобств

Perfekte Lage und sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für einen Pattaya Aufenthalt. Zimmer sind zwar (teilweise) etwas abgewohnt ab

Einige Zimmer bereits überholungsbedürftig und abgewohnt, teilweise übler Geruch aus den Ausgüssen, Außenfassade veraltet

Edullinen hotelli Jomtienin alueella. Kiva uima-allas varsinkin iltaisin. Rauhallista ja isot huoneet. Kaikki, mitä tarvitsee lomalla löytyy.

Affordable hotel very close to noisy bars and nightlife
Pros:

The low price was appealing.

Cons:

Bed in initial room like lying on a board instead of a mattress. Hotel’s location meant music from close by bars and clubs kept me awake. No difference having moved to another room.
