Brilliant location, lovely view
Pros:

Superbly located just a few steps from Tokyo station.

The hotel has a lovely skyline view of the city. The rooms are well appointed with a very comfortable bed.

The service was efficient and polite. We will certainly consider staying here again.

Brilliant location, lovely view
Pros:

We stayed a night and as the other reviews stated, it's superbly located if you're planning to take the Shinkansen.

It's just a few steps from Tokyo station, hence very convenient if you're taking the Narita express or the low cost airport bus (the bus literally stops right outside the hotel), and if you're making an onward journey via the Shinkansen. Of course, this means you also have easy access to all the amenities of Tokyo station. In the immediate neighbourhood, the Nihonbashi shopping district and the Imperial Palace are a 10 mins walk away.

The hotel has a lovely skyline view of the city, as well as the train tracks if you're a fan. The rooms are well appointed with a very comfortable bed.

Service was efficient and polite. We will certainly consider staying here again.

Localização ótima quase anexa à estação de Tóquio, com vistas espetaculares das linhas e arredores. Staff educado e cordial. Acomodações boas e modernas, com sinais mínimos de desgaste.

Cons:

Únicos dois pontos de atenção:
- chegar no hotel a partir das estação pode não ser tão fácil e vale entender o trajeto antes (não confundir com hoje de outro hotel próximo)
- as camas supostamente comportam um adulto e uma criança mas fica um pouco apertado

Great place of transit
Pros:

The amenities (you do not have to open your luggage as all the necessities were carefully thought and provided, including PJs) and location because we were taking shinkasen [tokyo to shin-osaka] the next day [early morning]

Cons:
