The property operates a self-check-in system, and the apartments/units are self-serviced/self-contained. You will receive an email containing your arrival information via email 2 days prior to your arrival, sent at 2 pm. If you have booked within 3 days of arrival, you will receive your arrival information shortly after the booking is confirmed on our system. If you do not receive this information, please contact the property immediately.
Please note that the building does not have air-conditioning, but central heating and separate fans are provided.

Please note the weekly service cleans are carried out for stays that are 8 days or more. The cleaning will not be carried out if the guest is in the room. Guests need to vacate the room while the room is being serviced.

Fantastic location. Clean, spacious room. Excellent instructions.
Plug socket by bed was not functioning. Noise from other guests wasn’t great.

Had heavy luggage and it was a little tough getting it downstairs

The room was very clean, with a lot of space in the kitchen too. It had all the appliances needed. The underground station is very close, there are restaurants, supermarkets and stores very close too but it is still a quiet and calm neighbourhood. The communication with the staff was clear, efficient and they responded immediately when we had a question or remark.
it was so easy!
The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the room was facing the back part of the building so we could hear the train passing by. Fortunately it stops at around 1 am but if someone is sensible to noise, ask for a room facing the front.
