Relaxant et inoubliable
Pros:

La chambre était exceptionnel, le personnel était vraiment gentil malgré un petit soucis avec le room service du soir ou notre commande avait était oublier ça arrive… ils nous ont offert des cocktails et un check-out retardé pour que nous profitions de la chambre !

I spent last night at your hotel and I wanted to share some feedback on the experience

The approach to the hotel was problematic as there is no signage for the SLS hotel.

The valet parking was so unorganized with a pile up of cars entering and exiting.

Reception forgot to take my credit card imprint when I checked in for incidentals

I called for an ice bucket at 5pm and waited 1/2 hour. I called back and waited
By 6pm the ice had still not been delivered. It never was.

Was unable to access the wifi. I was however assisted in a nice staff member who had to enter a code SLS_CANCUN in order for me to register. Again, an unneeded problem.

The more unpleasant thing was the sewage smell from the toilet in the bathroom. The entire room was permeated with an unpleasant smell.

We then went to the bar after 6pm to redeem our “invitation” drink tickets. We were basically ignored while they made drinks for other people. Not a greeting, not a hello, nor I will be right with you.

The happy hour issues started with the barman having no idea about any of it despite being advertised everywhere. He did know what I was talking about as he even said la hora feliz.

Friends went to pay for the drinks and were told to wait until he had made other people’s cocktails.

He then made them pay for the drinks and when I went to ask him if we got the next round for free, as this is wha his colleague had explained to me. He flat out said NO! Another colleague had to again step in to explain. The bartender told me he was on the job for only three days. I understand this but I would think the Happy Hour and other things would be basic training.

I honestly think a hotel of this caliber should have. addressed some of these issues.

Pros:

Alles war super. Das Zimmer super toll und sauber. Das Personal super lieb und freundlich.

Cons:

Wenn man eine Tour mit Bus gebucht hat. Durfte der Bus nie in das Areal reinfahren. Wir mussten immer einen anderen (relativ) weiten Abhol Ort ausmachen was den gesamten Ausflug etwas mühsamer macht.

We had a great stay at SLS because of the suite and view. But for a 5 star hotel there are points of improvement.
Pros:

Excellent suite with a beautiful view. Nice pool clean beach. Comfortable beds and a clean beautiful bathroom.

Cons:

No daily vacuuming. No wiping of all surfaces. (Coffee tables, tv area, bed stands). No water cooker. We did get one on request but they were not prepared for it. Not everyone is a coffee drinker. For a luxury suite this should be standard.

Понравился, номер, большой, хорошая мебель, удобная кровать, просторный балкон.

Cons:

Очень высокая слышимость, постоянно слышно что в коридоре происходит, стены будто из картона. в отеле несколько раз отключалась электроэнергия, при этом персонал об этом не предупреждал. лифт не работал, приходилось выходить с 3-го этажа через эвакуационную лестницу, указателей нет, света в коридоре на этаже не было!!! В отеле требуют депозит 250 долларов США за каждый день проживания. Непонятно зачем и почему. При этом сотрудники отеля все время выпрашивают чаевые при паркинге и в ресторане, это выглядит чересчур нагло и убивает желание питаться в ресторане при отеле и на пляже. На пляже много водорослей, купаться фактически невозможно, также на пляже постоянно играет диджей - очень громкая электронная агрессивная музыка, некомфортно. у отеля очень маленькая территория: бассейн, пляж и все. Вся остальная территория жилых комплексов рядом - закрыта, туда не пускает охрана. Отель расположен при ЖК в микрорайоне, где почти нет людей и еще идет стройка новых ЖК, в итоге людей нет, инфраструктуры нет, гулять негде, все закрыто, везде охрана не пускает. Чтобы дойти до ближайшего ТЦ нужно идти пешком 20 мин., либо вызывать с валлет парковки машину. Депозит оплаченный по прошествии недели до сих пор не вернули! Вывод: при стоимости от 400 долларов США за ночь без питания, это чрезмерно дорогостоящий, неудобный и раздражающий вариант проживания. Не рекомендую здесь останавливаться.

Excelente opción para Cancun si vas por un par de días
Pros:

Hotel de lujo, habitaciones grandes y modernas. Ubicación en sector más nuevo de Cancún con el mejor Shopping de Cancún y al lado de la Marina. Linda playa y piscina con excelentes instalaciones

Cons:

Todas las comidas se pagan aparte, incluido el capuchino en el desayuno aún cuando pagues por un desayuno! Ambiente fancy …..
