Lovely staff, spacious room (for Tokyo), great location!
Pros:

The staff were fantastic and always ready to help - big shout out to Daniel on the front desk, who was always smiling. The front desk also helped us with luggage forwarding, local information and arranging a Taxi to the station to catch the Shinkansen. Really nice to have a lounge area to hang out in and have breakfast, whilst watching TV.

Cons:

The phone in the room was broken for a few days (wouldn't charge) but the front desk replaced this quickly once we raised this with them. The soundproofing could also be improved as we could hear one of the children in an adjacent room running around in the early morning, which would wake us all up.

The staff were friendly and they cleaned the room everyday. Close to subway

Close to Hibiya Line .. convenient and lots of food options nearby

The room is not very big for four people but it’s a decent size for Tokyo
