Good quality of food and good taste , staff very excellent service and she have a good suggestion about food.
Food quality is nice. Service is good. Strongly recommended. Staff like Mint, Pui and Lim is helpful and very professional.
Yang and Nui did a great job doing massage. They are very professional and friendly. They made sure that they are not over doing the massages and asking if the pressure is good enough. They did not rush the massages ensuring that they don't hurt our body. Overall I recommend their service. I felt rejuvenated and will do it again in the future. Natruja the front desk lady is friendly and professional. She made sure that we got the right massage for the service.

I have stayed at the Centara Grand Hotel many times and have always left satisfied. On my last visit, I saw that Ms. Sandy, who works as a housekeeper, and her supervisor performed their duties with great dedication and in a way that increased customer satisfaction, and I commend them for this.
The service was awesome, especially by Simpson Janisata, who took care of it. The food was delicious.
Hotel is good, spa is perfect, Restaurant Suan Bua very good food, and Non waitress very servicial at the restaurant,.
