Everything was amazing! I did got an extra as there was an ongoing football match that time that we could clearly see from our room.

Location ideal for attending Norwich FC.
We are regulars for night matches and hotel is mega convenient.
Pillows are a little hard but that is a personal preference to request softer.
Good location, close to the city center and a selection of restaurants at the riverside. We were given an upgrade to a stadium side room which was appreciated.
