Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Effective 1 June 2014, a local government fee of MYR 2 per room per night will be imposed. This is payable directly to the hotel upon check in.
For reservations of more than 3 rooms, guests are required by the property to pay 100% of the first night for each room upon making a booking.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Nice hotel in the heart of Georgetown

Location, it was very convenient and easy to find

Cons:

The AC wasn’t good enough to cool the big room, I quite like to get a couple of bottles of water in the room every day and I didn’t get this

Love this place 😍 so clean, big room, and super comfortable. Everything is easy to walk around — especially to the bar 🤭😜 That’s my favourite part!

Great location and friendly staff.

Cons:

Unfortunately it wasn't very clean. The shower curtain was very moldy and the towels and bed sheets had many stains. It was also noisy in the evening.

Pros:

位置在市中心，去景點方便，付近很多美食。房間冷氣充足，晚上睡覺很舒服，有冷熱飲用水機在每個樓層很方便，除時有飲用水供應。

Cons:

房間有點舊，沒有衣櫃，沒有厕紙架，很奇怪。毛巾，牀布都有點舊。付近好像有清真寺，每天早上及晚上都聽到有清真寺的念經聲音。
