Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Effective 1 June 2014, a local government fee of MYR 2 per room per night will be imposed. This is payable directly to the hotel upon check in.
For reservations of more than 3 rooms, guests are required by the property to pay 100% of the first night for each room upon making a booking.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Great place in heart of Georgetown
Pros:

Amazing hotel on one of the main streets in Georgetown. The staff is very friendly and helpful with all your questions regarding the city.
Room was spacious and clean. There is a small mosque next to it, however there are no problems with noise whatsoever.

À recommander, bon emplacement et accueil de l’hôtesse.
Pros:

L’accueil de l’hôtesse, l’emplacement et la propreté des chambres.

Cons:

Le distributeur d’eau chaude et froide ne fonctionnait pas ( 4ème étage).
L’absence de bouilloire dans les chambres. Le bruit côté rue d’une des 2 chambres.

Pros:

Near a mosque, parking is easy.

Cons:

The room floor and bench were not properly cleaned. At 3pm the room is still not clean and i have to wait for a while before can check in.
