Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Effective 1 June 2014, a local government fee of MYR 2 per room per night will be imposed. This is payable directly to the hotel upon check in.
For reservations of more than 3 rooms, guests are required by the property to pay 100% of the first night for each room upon making a booking.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Pros:

位置在市中心，去景點方便，付近很多美食。房間冷氣充足，晚上睡覺很舒服，有冷熱飲用水機在每個樓層很方便，除時有飲用水供應。

Cons:

房間有點舊，沒有衣櫃，沒有厕紙架，很奇怪。毛巾，牀布都有點舊。付近好像有清真寺，每天早上及晚上都聽到有清真寺的念經聲音。

Cons:

decor, maintenance of common areas of building- just seemed tatty & rundown. The GM should walk the areas & come up with a needs painting, cleaning, fixing list- attention to detail. TV not able to use fire stick & no English speaking channels

Cons:

When booking, I asked the hotel if we could check in early at 1 pm. They said yes, so we booked an earlier transport. When we arrived, there was no staff at the counter. Waited 20 minutes, then they told us the rooms were full. Ended up only checking in at 3:30 pm, not only no early check-in, but a delay.

Both our rooms were in these weird corners, like dead ends where an emergency staircase should be. Couldn’t change rooms because they were fully booked. The air circulation inside was terrible and stuffy, hard to breathe at night. Even after the staff came to fix the aircon, it didn’t help.

When you turn on the bathroom exhaust fan, it actually pulls in secondhand smoke from outside. The bed frame seemed broken, the mattress was tilted. The floor was sticky. Honestly, I’ve never stayed in a hotel this bad.
