From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Effective 1 June 2014, a local government fee of MYR 2 per room per night will be imposed. This is payable directly to the hotel upon check in.
For reservations of more than 3 rooms, guests are required by the property to pay 100% of the first night for each room upon making a booking.
Penang Local Heritage Fee of RM2 per night will be collected during Check-InPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

La struttura si trova nel centro di George Town in un’ottima posizione anche per uscire la sera. Stanza nel complesso accettabile, anche se ci aspettavamo di meglio per qualità e pulizia.
Proprio accanto alla struttura c’e una moschea con megafono per richiamo alla preghiera…non il massimo alle 6 del mattino
Choose the hotel if you want a strategic location for easy access to the town center, like the wall art, bar or pub restaurant. Parking is available for a first come first serve basic. The staff at this hotel were really helpful and accommodating, which made the stay easier. The room covered basic needs, nothing fancy, but functional.
Bathroom exhaust keep coming out terrible smoking smell, also has many small insect flying around the damp areas. Cleanliness was just OK, there were noticeable stains on the sheets and bath towels. The room felt worn and could benefit from better maintenance.
The size of the room was really comfortable and sizeable. The shower was great. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was super central. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and actually extended the stay by an extra 3 days.
The carpet in the hallway was ratty and a little smelly, probably time for a recarpet in the hallway. Other than that the room and price was good.
Location.
No tea provided, just coffee. No fridge in room. Stained sheets and towels, so can see that it was used before. Had a really noise group of drunk men above us that kept us awake between midnight and 0130 and had to ask the staff x 3 to go and tell to be quiet. Lukewarm water in shower, even though water turned to maximum heat.

Tiene una ubicación excelente, en pleno centro. No se escuchan los rezos con las ventanas con doble cristal. Camas muy cómodas y todo muy limpio. Perfecto
A strategic location, I can walk to so many places, and there even a street food market downstairs! It's really convenient, considering me and my friends were thinking to save up on transportation fees.
The staffs were friendly, and the room has enough room space even after opening our suitcases. I slept well!
The beddings, especially the pillow... there was a weird smell. Although the staff had help us changed new pillowcases, but I can still smell it. Probably from the pillow itself.
Other than that, it's all good! No mites, no mosquitoes. I'm just very sensitive about scents.
