It is basically new. Room spacious, ok wifi, good shower, smiling staff, ok sound isolation.

One can park on street as it is a residational area (a bit boring), if not using car into centre, take a taxi (not expensive).

Cons:

Breakfast disappointing.
Cofe machine in lobby only with cofe to buy.
