Pros:

コスパが良いです。要するに安いです。

Cons:

入り口がわからず、前を2-3度　通り過ぎてしまいました。
寝るだけなら過不足なし。
防音は全くダメ。

近くの品揃え豊富なスーパーに救われた
Pros:

駅から近い
近くにスーパー有り

Cons:

チェックイン時に本人確認としてインターネットで免許証やパスポートの写真を送らなくてはいけないことに不安を感じた。
外の騒音がよく響く。

気になる点はあるが、まずまず満足。

駅近、コンビニ近、手軽な価格、風呂トイレ別、清潔感

Cons:

他部屋への音漏れが気になった。
(廊下を通る人の声がよく聞こえたので)

5 階の部屋にも関わらずエレベーターがなかった。

セルフチェックインの仕方が少しわかりにくかった。

まぁ市内で素泊まりなら
Pros:

大阪市内で割安でまあまあキレイな部屋に泊まれる

Cons:

壁が薄くて隣の部屋の会話、行動が筒抜けダダ漏れ
素泊まりと割り切ったとしてもあまりにも物々しい
5階建てにも関わらず、エレベーターがない！
まぁ無料低額宿泊所のリノベ物件だと思しき作りです

不是很好。
Pros:

价格便宜，交通方便。基本的需求都能满足：床、冰箱、卫生间、浴室、免费Wi-Fi，这些都没有什么问题。

Cons:

这里是自助办理入住、自助取钥匙的。到达当天晚上，却发现钥匙消失了。另外该我们入住的房间也没有打扫。在我们联系客服很长时间（半个小时以上）之后，终于有工作人员来送钥匙、打扫房间了。这是很糟糕的入住体验。
另外房间隔音不好，屋内能听到外面的声音，有人路过的时候非常吵。没有电梯，这对携带大件行李的人不友好。我们入住的房间的洗手台被放在一个角落里，我几乎无法在这里伸展身体，洗手需要用一个非常别扭的姿势进行。

ゆっくりできて清潔で気持ちが良いホテル。
Pros:

何よりも 清潔感があったのが良かった。
タオルとかバスタオル もたくさん置いてあったし 清掃が行き届いていた。これだけで十分満足
スタッフの人とは一度も会いませんでした おられたのかな？

Cons:

よくなかった点はないですね。十分満足できました
