The location was great. Very nice lobby and the staff were really friendly. Free parking was really convenient. The bed and pillows were really comfy. The room was nice and clean.
First stay at this hotel and we were really pleased with the quality of facilities and customer service.
Lovely, traditional hotel which has been kept up to date without losing the period features. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. They even added in breakfast when hearing it was my wife's birthday. Even better, the Portsmouth FC team were also staying and we got to have our photo taken with them! The location is fantastic and there are lovely walks from the front door.
Nothing really.
