Cons:

Overall, I’ve nothing to dislike about this hotel. The room was comfortable and everything else met my expectations.

The only small issue was that water from the shower tends to spill out and soak the bathroom rug. Since housekeeping isn’t done daily, I didn’t enjoy stepping on a wet rug, and there was a lingering damp smell afterward. It would really help if the hotel could provide extra floor mats so guests can change them when needed.

Aside from that, everything was good and I had a pleasant stay.

A perfect hotel for an enjoyable skiing holiday with many restaurants close by.

Every was amazing! the breakfast option could be improved a little, perhaps a rotating menu so each day is different . Coffee & tea selection is a bit limited

Pros:

Really glad to book this place for our family trip. We get to stay together in an apartment. It’s equipped with kitchen essentials and room size is good. Our family say this is the best stay in Hokkaido. Although nearby has no convenient store but glad that there is shuttle from the hotel to send us to the nearby supermarket and eateries. We are already planning to come back to Furano soon!

Modern, clean . Excellent location to explore nearby attractions . Fantastic service from all the staffs . Especially hotel manager Yvonne . Went the extra mile to arrange a birthday cake for my mom’s birthday .Thank you for a wonderful stay .

Comfy spacious room with great autumn view of the mountain. Located in a quiet part of furano

Cons:

Parking area is dark at night. Far away from Furano stn so a car is a must. Would be great if the hotel can install a hook in the bathroom to hang our clothes/towel.

Excellent hotel for a stopover
Pros:

Modern hotel with friendly, helpful staff. We stayed in a basic room since it was just a stopover but it was clean and good value. I imagine it's busy in the ski season since very close to a couple of ski lifts.

Superb experience
Pros:

The whole ambience of the stay was awesome and great.. There are free laundry services provided. Staff was very approachable and friendly, recommended places for us to explore because we were first-timers.

Cons:

Bed skin cover was a bit rough for sensitive skin. Cause some slight itched. The room does not come with bottled water.

The restaueant just opend, if enough guests have a reserved a day before - ao the restaurant was closed during our stay for three nights.

As well the breakfast was not convincing at all. It changed every two days Western and Japanese Style. At Japanese days just very few guess eat there. It was really heavy for Western taste - Very strong fish oil smell.

The Lady at reception told, there is no chance for change to Western Style out of turn. Also the Bar were closed all the time and you have buye all drinks including water outside of the Hotel.

Perfect hotel, nice and cozy rooms, everything is nit clean and new, stuff was nice and everything was very welcoming

During the off season of skiing the location is a bit far from the center but it is still great
