Location, location location!
Pros:

Fantastic location of the hotel, just a 2-minute walk from Taksim Square. Beautiful, renovated rooms that are quite functional. Friendly and courteous staff, both at the reception and in the bar and breakfast area. Excellent attention to cleanliness.

Cons:

During our five-day stay, we experienced a technical issue with the electronic key card for our room. Every time we went up to the room, the card did not work, which meant we had to go back down to the reception to have it reactivated. This happened every single time either I or my partner needed to enter the room, throughout our entire stay. Although the staff were very polite, this malfunction was quite frustrating. It was only on the last day of our stay that a technician came to check the door entry mechanism. I regret not asking to change rooms from the second day, when the problem first became apparent.
The breakfast offered a wide variety of savory options, as it was a typical Turkish breakfast, but it was limited in sweet choices, as the only options available daily were a single type of cake, along with jam and honey served with bread.
