Un dépaysement limité
Pros:

Lors de mon arrivée, j'ai été initialement affecté à une chambre sans la vue mer que j'avais réservée. Cependant, après réclamation le réceptionniste (Ogur), très professionnel, a immédiatement corrigé la situation en me proposant un surclassement, ce que j'ai grandement apprécié. J'ai particulièrement aimé les repas, du petit-déjeuner au dîner. De plus, je tiens à souligner la politesse exemplaire du monsieur qui s'occupe des sanitaires à la plage. Son respect et sa courtoisie sont remarquables et devraient servir d'exemple.

Cons:

Cependant, j'ai noté que la clientèle est majoritairement allemande (environ 95%), et souvent retraitée, ce qui m'a donné l'impression d'être autant en Allemagne qu'en Turquie. De plus, la cigarette est tolérée presque partout, y compris pendant les repas, ce qui était très dérangeant pour moi en tant que non-fumeur.

J'ai trouvé l'attitude de la femme du spa désagréable : aucun bonjour, aucun sourire, et elle ne répond pas quand on la salue. Il semble qu'elle ait des préférences quant aux personnes à qui elle répond. C'est tout le contraire du monsieur de la plage qui s'occupe des sanitaires, qui est toujours très aimable et serviable, malgré un travail potentiellement moins agréable.

Dans l'ensemble, mon séjour a été mitigé en raison de ces points négatifs, malgré les aspects positifs de l'hôtel.

Sijainti oli hyvä ja pikkubusseilla pääsi helposti kulkemaan joka puolelle. Allasalue ja ranta kivat ja aurinkotuoleja riitti kaikkina aikoina. Hotelli oli yleisesti siisi ja viihtyisä.

Cons:

Tämä oli ensimmäinen hotelli jossa all inclusive ravintola ei pystynyt/halunnut järjestää allergiselle lapselle sopivia ruokia. Henkilökunta ei puhunut englantia mikä vaikeutti kommunikointia. Sängyt oli kovat ja peittona pelkkä lakana. Huoneet oli meluisia, illalla kuului baarin musiikki ja aamuisin huusi naapurin kukko ja kuului liikenteen äänet.

Pros:

Ich war zum ersten Mal alleine in diesem Hotel und habe mich sofort wohlgefühlt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Durch die angenehme Atmosphäre habe ich sogar neue Freunde gefunden. Es war eine tolle Erfahrung und bestimmt nicht mein letzter Aufenthalt hier!

Hotel staff was wonderful: friendly and super helpful. I left my sunglasses on the beach and they send someone at night to look for it and they found it and brought to the reception, I really appreciated this thoughtfulness. Food was great, lots of fresh fruit and veggies and ice cream, yumm! Evening programs were great as well.

Cons:

If your room windows are facing the street it will be noisy at night so you'll have to close the balcony door. Just a heads up, 90% of hotel customers are retired German so don't be shocked if you won't see many people on the water slide, volleyball court or dance floor. It was fine by my family as we easily entertained each other but if you are traveling solo and don't belong to the majority group then you might be disappointed

Discover beach holiday at the end of the season
Pros:

Overall, we had a great time!
- Good and variable food
- Decent animation
- Close to the beach (5 min walk but even a shuttle provided)
- The beach itself is just perfect. Spacious and clean
- Location. Evening shopping outside the hotel was nice and safe. Public bus (a bus stop nearby) will take you to ancient old city in no time and at a low price

Cons:

It is understood that smoking is allowed nearly everywhere in Turkey. However, with small kids, we have experienced quite a bit of discomfort having meals at the beach restaurant or at the terrace of the main restaurant (which is not even open-air) surrounded by the tobacco smoke. I think, the hotel would benefit from restricting smoking to specifically designated areas or at least forbidding it at the main restaurant.
