The room was clean and quite

And the staff was reallly nice
It's 7 minutes walk from serdika station which is the center of sofia

Pros:

This hotel never disappoints. The staff are super friendly and speak English well, the rooms are nice and clean, the breakfast is superb, and the location is perfect. I've stayed here twice, once in summer and once in winter, and the room was always a good temperature.

Cons:

The restaurant was closed one of the evenings but we were not notified of that on beforehand.

Worst ever in my entire hotel stayes

Everything is worst and no ac working and if i ask them they replied me to open the window so i can get air
