Pros:

The rooms were ok, the lobby area not so much but then again it was a lot of people due to a lot of flights cancelations.

Cons:

The lobby because there was a lot of traffic in and out and wasn't so clean due to this. The staff were very nice though and they let us check in early.

I had a pleasant stay at Residence Inn by Marriot. The room was clean, spacious and functional.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, there was variety and a lot to eat.

Cons:

I would have preferred a firmer mattress.

Superb stay with the most attentive staff team ever met
Pros:

Such a well equipped hotel. Room was clean, modern and stylish. We had an amazing view of the city too. The staff are absolutely fantastic, so attentive and friendly. Housekeeping were brilliant. After a long day trekking round the city it was always so nice to come back to a clean room. The laundry facilities were super value for money and so was the snack shop.
Breakfast was excellent too with a wide variety of foods ensuring it wasn’t boring each day.
The staff at this hotel were constantly working, cleaning, maintaining the appearance of the hotel, enhancing our experience by providing hot chocolates and snacks like popcorn for us to enjoy in the evenings which was so welcome as it was very cold during our visit to the city.
The underground station is only a few minutes walk away and it takes you straight into the city for a few dollars and there is a Costco a short walk up the road which was excellent for a cheap meal.
Everything was excellent and I really can’t fault anything with the hotel.
The area you pass through to the station is ok but not perfect, we never felt unsafe though walking through and we came through at different times of the day during our stay (at times incredibly late at night!).
I really take my hat off to the staff though. They were just superb. They really made us feel special and treated everybody with such respect and kindness and were so attentive. Their attention to detail was a level above and I would gladly come back and stay here again for a trip to NY.

Cons:

The area you pass through to access the underground wasn’t perfect but was still safe enough to walk through regardless of the time of day. Just do as the locals do and keep your head down and walk forward 😅

Pros:

The staff were genuinely helpful and friendly.
The breakfast was delicious and varied.
We loved the popcorn and hot chocolate service!

Cons:

The lighting was very poor. (There was no ceiling light.)
There was no mirror in the room (only in the bathroom).
There was a long line for the elevator.
The breakfast area was limited.

I will stay at this hotel whenever I'm in town! 2 thumbs up :)
Pros:

Breakfast has a good variety and tastes good. The 24/7 hot chocolate station with teas and coffee is a dream on a cold night. The staff is wonderful, Mwith attention to detail and their helpfulness.

Cons:

They need better pots for the kitchen. More snacks in the machines...lol

Very pleasant stay for a very good price. Just a odd location.

The staff was very nice and professional!!! They helped us out so much and stayed nice even when they were dealing with really rude costumers!

Pros:

Muy lindo hotel, excelente, abundante y variado desayuno, la cama extra grande y cómoda, el baño súper limpio. En si el hotel me encantó, el gerente solucionó rápidamente un pequeño inconveniente que tuvimos, esto señaló más que nada para valorar la muy buena atención de parte del gerente.
