Pros:

La struttura e un ottimo posto molto centrale ,il bagno bello e pulito ,la via piena di negozi e ristoranti molto facile da gestire con la metro .La colazione molto buona e varia tra i dolci e salati ,il personale molto gentile e simpatico soprattutto Sezgin dalla colazione ,la signora dalla reception molto gentile e pronta ad aiutare x qualsiasi esigenza

Jedina zaista pozitivna strana ovog hotela je osoblje, koje je izuzetno ljubazno, korektno i uvek spremno da pomogne. Oni su ostavili najbolji utisak tokom boravka i zaista zaslužuju pohvalu.

Cons:

Lokacija jeste u centru Taksima, ali se hotel nalazi u zabačenoj ulici koja ne deluje bezbedno, naročito u večernjim satima. U okolini se često mogu videti pijane i sumnjive osobe, što nije prijatan osećaj, posebno za porodice sa decom.

Hrana je veoma loša ili praktično nepostojeća. Izbor je minimalan, često nema ni osnovnih stvari poput hleba, tako da se na doručak ne može ozbiljno osloniti.

Sobe su mračne, slabo osvetljene i ostavljaju depresivan utisak. Opšti kvalitet smeštaja ne odgovara standardu koji se očekuje.

Posebno želim da naglasim problem sa parkingom. Hotel reklamira da poseduje parking, ali se u praksi radi o javnom parkingu koji nema veze sa hotelom i koji dodatno naplaćuje treća strana. Smatram da je ovakav način oglašavanja obmanjujući i da dovodi goste u zabludu, jer hotel zapravo nema sopstveni parking, već reklamira tuđu javnu uslugu.

Na osnovu svega navedenog, kvalitet usluge i uslovi koje hotel nudi više odgovaraju objektu sa dve zvezdice, a nikako hotelu koji se predstavlja kao objekat sa četiri zvezdice.

Nažalost, osim ljubaznog osoblja, ukupno iskustvo boravka bilo je veoma razočaravajuće.

Pros:

Free breakfast with a lot of options. Food was fresh. Rooms were big and comfy. Close to Taxim square. Lot of shops neaby Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Streets were pretty loud and music till midnight. Noise insulation was not good.

Cons:

The heating in the room didn't work, and it was too cold. The windows overlooked the street with bars and clubs, so be prepared to stay up until 2 or 3 a.m. because of the music.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, wirklich sehr sauber und hat hervorragendes Frühstück.

Cons:

Nachts kann es sein, dass es nicht ganz leise ist. Das Zimmer war relativ klein.

Τιποτα ιδιαίτερα, εκτός από την τοποθεσία

Cons:

Το δωμάτιο ήταν κακό. Ειχε πολλή φασαρία ( στον 3ο όροφο!),δεν είχε άνετα κρεβάτια και έπιπλα. Καθάρισαν μόνο μια από τις τέσσερις ημέρες!

Chiedere preferibilmente camere ai piani alti, probabilmente si sente meno la musica. Portare i tappi per le orecchie.

La posizione molto centrale materassi comodi e cuscini comodissimi doccia eccezionale

Cons:

Il rumore dei concerti finì alle 3.00 di notte per il bar che confinava con la mia camera al piano terra, a fianco la reception: da evitare.

Pros:

Ήταν όλα τέλεια δεύτερη φορά στο ξενοδοχείο και είμαι πάρα πολύ ευχαριστημένη από το προσωπικό που ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμο για το οτιδήποτε χρειαστούμε. Είναι πεντακάθαρα καθημερινή καθαριότητα το πρωινό τέλειο και σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία .
Σίγουρα θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε

Cons:

Ίσως φανεί λίγο ενοχλητικός ο θόρυβος από τα γύρω μπαρ. Στον πρώτο όροφο που μέναμε, ακουγόταν φασαρία απέξω αλλά όχι σε σημείο που να ενοχλεί. Μιλάμε όμως για κεντρικότατο σημείο που όλα είναι δίπλα σου.

Posizione, staff gentile e disponibile, colazione turca dolce e salata apprezzata da tutti

Cons:

Le stanze hanno decisamente bisogno di manutenzione soprattutto nei bagni. A piano terra e primo piano puzzano di fogna (ma credo sia un problema in tutta Istambul) quelle affacciate sulla strada di entrata dell’hotel troppo rumorose (casino fino alle 3 di notte) impossibile dormire. Abbiamo chiesto di cambiare stanza e ce l’hanno cambiata dopo due notti perché naturalmente l’hotel era pieno visto il periodo. Un soggiorno un po' movimentato insomma.

Agréablement surpris !
Pros:

L'amabilité du personnel à n'importe quelle heure, la chambre était propre
Avec une jolie décoration

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être à améliorer
L'hôtel donne sur une rue avec quelques bars , un peu bruyant le samedi soir mais sinon rien de grave car bien isolé

Eccezionale
Pros:

La stanza tripla ampia e pulita, la sera si sente l’animazione dei locali presenti in strada. Colazione varia e abbondante. Personale disponibile e molto gentile soprattutto Sezgin che ci accoglieva col sorriso tutte le mattine e sollecito a fornire il pane gluten free per una amica celiaca.
