Pros:

They changed the room that we had initially taken because their advert is soo confusing

Cons:

They put an advert which does not exactly say out what the facility has eg I wanted a 2 bedeoomed facility and they said something about beds and I chose 2 double and they were all in 1 room..

It was not bad but the pictures were nothing like the rooms
Pros:

The location was fine but the actual quest house was poor

Cons:

The room was dirty and had a stuffy smell
Futher more the other side of the room was dirty and really uncomfortable to stay in

Pros:

For me, what stood out the most were the two ladies that worked there and managed the place. Outstanding personalities and so down to earth. It was such a pleasure engaging with them.

Cons:

* no aircon only fans
* walls were thin, so you could hear if the guests in the other rooms were noisey
* no handwash or body wash provided
* small kitchenette, no coffee or tea provided

The location is great but the property is poorly maintained
Pros:

The place was clean

Cons:

The room allocated was too small, the light was not working, no keys were allocated and no private bathroom . The room was connected to another large room with 4other beds . Poorly maintained the wall paint is cracking

Cons:

The fact that I initially told I can cancel the booking if I'm not happy. If it was not for the staff that worked there who did everything they could to accommodate me I would have left without the refund and my booking was non-refundable.
