Un merveilleux nouvel an à Florence
Pros:

Charmante résidence avec appartement individuel très bien agencé et bien équipé, avec parking privatif. Les lieux sont très bien entretenus. Tommaso est un super hote avec un gros + il parle Français ! Super vue ! Tous les commerces et de très bons restaurants à proximités.

Cons:

quelques soucis avec un wifi capricieux... déconnections intempestives

Alles einfach perfekt,Unterkunft und die Lage des Objektes waren super, mit dem Bus für 1,70 Euro in Florenz, Haltestelle nur 10 Minuten von der Unterkunft entfernt, trotzdem sehr ruhige Lage mit wunderschönen Panoramablick

Pros:

Stanza perfetta per due dotata di tutto e con vista sulle colline attorno a Firenze. Rapporto qualità/prezzo molto alto, non è stato facile trovare qualcosa di simile. Apprezzatissimo il parcheggio privato a prezzo stracciato. Proprietario molto disponibile e cordiale. Firenze è facilmente raggiungibile via bus se non si desidera usare l'auto.

La situation (vue panoramique sur les collines environnantes), le confort et la propreté de l’appartement, l'accueil de Tommaso, toujours très disponible et à l'écoute.
Une très belle adresse, à recommander vivement.

Cons:

Rien. Quelques difficultés avec le système électronique pour la sortie de notre véhicule, mais c’est peu de chose.

We absolutely recommend staying here, our personal experience was wonderful!
Pros:

A very beautiful, peaceful, and comfortable place. The host is amazing and always ready to help with any questions. The apartment is clean, convenient, and offers stunning views and a fascinating garden. The location is great, very close to the city center, and the trip from Fiesole to Florence takes only 20–30 minutes by bus.

Pros:

Tranquillo, posteggi liberi nei pressi. Self check in pratico e efficace. Completo e ben attrezzato. Vista gradevole sulla valle. Buon rapporto prezzo qualità soprattutto in rapporto a Firenze

Nicht mein Geschmack als Reisender ohne Auto

Cons:

Für Menschen, die ohne Auto anreisen, ist es beschwerlich dort hinzukommen! Die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss sind direkt am Parkplatz und man fühlt sich wie in einer Legebatterie. Die Oberlichtbelüftung ist nicht ausreichend und es gibt keine Fenster. Dafür aber eine Klimaanlage ( ich hasse sie)
Für diesen mangelhaften Komfort war das Zimmer zu teuer. Danke an das nette Personal, das sehr freundlich war!

Pros:

El departamento es pequeño pero muy cómodo. Tiene todo lo necesario. Muy confortable e impecable. Hermoso y amplio balcón con una vista única. Es un lugar muy tranquilo, sin ruidos, ideal para disfrutar del clima de La Toscana. Muy cómodo el parking dentro del complejo.

Cons:

Todo estuvo muy bien. La llegada es un poco incómoda porque es un camino muy sinuoso. Después de conocerlo, uno lo transita con más tranquilidad. Además el bus te deja en el centro de Florencia en 20 minutos y uno puede prescindir del auto por completo.
