Pros:

The entire staff went above and beyond in meeting our needs, the facility was lovely. Sitting in the library and the deck overlooking the water was just lovely. Perfect location, walkable to nearly all things but in a quieter area.

A truly lovely find - great hotel with amazing staff.
Pros:

Wonderful hotel with fantastic staff - very friendly, helpful and knowledgable.
I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
There’s a lovely library on the top floor with a big balcony overlooking the river. This has an honesty bar, and rooms have complimentary port.

Ein sehr komfortables Hotel, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wunderschöne Gemeinschaftsräume, in denen man herrlich bei Kaminfeuer entspannen kann. Toller Blick vom Zimmer auf den Tejo und den Sonnenaufgang. Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge. Angenehm war auch die tägliche Versorgung mit Wasser und Portwein auf dem Zimmer sowie Kaffee, Tee und div. Kuchen in den Gemeinschaftsräumen. Entspanntes Frühstück bis 12 Uhr. Sehr hilfsbereite und aufmerksame Personal.
