Room facility is very good. Which includes washing machine, oven, fridge and
complete kitchenette with cutlery(if you book with kitchen).
Bed is so cozy and comfortable
Two smart TVs - hall and bedroom
Toilet/Bathroom - So spacious with good accessories with dryer and body shampoo and lotion.
Staff - Melinda behaviour is acceptable.
This is a service apartment hotel., detergent liquid kept as welcome pack(one), we stayed there for 9 nights., expectation is to refill it when they clean the room., when we ask for it when we needed it., especially the staff behaviour including the manager was so rude, they even insulted us "it is you come to the hotel for stay and we did not ask you to stay here., and NO RESPECT when speaking"., that they wont give any detergent liquid (small packet) one-time usable., which worth is not even 1 EUR or 4~5 RON., out of 9 nights only one day they provided BUFFET BREAKFAST.,rest everyday it is a room service with very limited food options., if we wanted to customise it they will reply stick to the template what we give.,despite we are paying 130 EUR per night., which is huge amount in that environment.
Staff - Oana behaviour is not acceptable and including the manager behaviour Codrusa.
This behaviour definitely they have to change., otherwise they will start loosing the customer., internationally.
