we just dont like the toilet smells drain coming out the toilet and water very slow cannot use the water in the shower as its not strong enough water and no hot water.

I likes that the property was at the center of cebu very convienient for small trips to 7 eleven and near a pharmacy also

Cons:

Could wish that the water har more pressure, it was too slow to fill the bucket and the shower head didnt work at all
