Vielen "nicht Hotel Gast" in der Sauna.

Sehr freundliches Personal in ALLEN Bereichen.
Wir haben ein Comfort Zimmer gebucht, sehr geräumig, das Bett gemütlich, entspannt und ruhig.
Im Vorfeld hatten wir gelesen dass einige Zimmer mit offenen Badezimmern ausgestattet sind und dies in den Bewertungen sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig schien.
Leider konnte ich bei der Buchung nicht erkennen ob es sich bei uns um solch ein Bad handelt. Daher rief ich direkt im Hotel an und bekam auf Wunsch ohne Probleme ein geschlossenes Bad. Hier auch ein sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter 👍
Frühstück am Wochenende bis um 12:00 gefiel uns besonders gut 😉 auch dort nettes Personal das keine Hektik aufkommen ließ. Leckeres Buffet auch noch für Langschläfer ausreichend.
Das Hotel zentral gelegen, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar, zur Semperoper nur ein paar Minuten.
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder 😊 vielen Dank an das gesamte Team

Cons:

Einen klitzekleinen Minuspunkt gibt es fürs Bad. Alles war sauber und doch schien auf dem Fußboden, speziell um das WC herum, Wasserspritzer, die sich nicht wegwischen ließen 🫣 wahrscheinlich dem marmorähnlichen Material geschuldet oder vielleicht mit Spezialreiniger 🤔ich weiß nicht

Nowoczesny hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, z podziemnym parkingiem, idealny dla podróżujących samochodem. Podczas pobytu można zostawić auto i zwiedzać dalej miasto pieszo lub komunikacją publiczną. W hotelu duża przestrzeń ogólnodostępna z restauracją i barem, więc w grupie można miło spędzić czas

Uwagę mam tylko co do uzupełniania mini baru, który był w cenie doby hotelowej (super), i na dwa zabukowane pokoje, w jednym był uzupełniany a w drugim nie.

Pros:

Die zentrale Lage. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Minibar war inklusive und wurde jeden Tag aufgefüllt mit Wasser, Cola, Fanta, Bier und Erdnüssen.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Es gab wirklich alles. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Ein zwei kleine "Macken" waren vorhanden. Der Fenstergriff wackelt und an der Wand waren Gebrauchsspuren in Form von farbigem Abrieb vorhanden. Der Tisch hatte eine abgeplatzte Stelle.
