La dame à la réception du samedi soir n’était pas du tout arrangeante.On nous a expliqué à notre arrivée que si nous prenions les petits déjeunés en avance nous paierons 20€ au lieu de 27€.Le deuxième jour de notre séjour nous avons demandé la veille au soir à prendre le petit déjeuné le lendemain matin on nous annonce 27€. La dame de l’accueil était méprisante, elle nous a dit qu’on nous donnerait une réponse mais personne ne nous a recontacté.Mécontent nous sommes partis déjeuné dehors.

Pros:

Great for family, very nice ambiance, the pool was nice, and the breakfast was not bad. Especially liked the DIY egg boiler thingy. Proper 4-star hotel. They exhibit a much higher degree of professionalism here than some of their direct competition.

Cons:

The only tiny thing I'd begrudge was having to pay for my 15-month-old's breakfast, given the difference between what he consumes by his wee self and what, say, a 10-year-old consumes. BUT, that was more than compensated for by lots of generosity and courtesy in other respects.

franchement le service de menages sont tellement sympatique il merite tout mes remerciement
pareil pour les voiturier qui sont super sympa et qui lui est monter au 5e pour nous ouvrir la porte

Cons:

une certaine anastasia a la reception se permet de nous agresser verbalement car nous lui avons demander de nous ouvrir la porte electrique etant de confession juive et cetait chabbat
elle nous dit qu elle ne comprend pas pourquoi cest interdit etc ne voulant pas rentrer dans un debat inutile nous avons baser la conversation
pour la chambre nous avons choisit un chambre classique nous lui avanons demander un etage peu elever (toujours probleme chabbatique)elle nous a mis au 5eme etage sur 6 et nous a dit que si nous voulions aller au 1e il fallait rajoute 70e par nuit
une chambre qui doit faire a peine 15m2
le dimanche matin il y avait un seminaire avec enormement de monde ce qui a cree un boucan sans nom et biensur un reveil obligatoire a 9h du matin un dimanche matin
j ai demander un geste commercial et tout a ete refuser sans meme demander au responsable de l hotrel
j attend toujours un geste de cet hotel (une nuitee offert) sans quoi je posterai un avis sur google et ferai mauvaise publicites a mon entourage de cette hotel
dans l attente d une reponse positive de votre part

Excellent séjour au Juliana
Pros:

Nous étions en famille et nous avons vraiment beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à l’hôtel Juliana, que ça soit au niveau des prestations de la chambre et de l’hôtel mais également et surtout au niveau de l'accueil et de la gentillesse du personnel.
Quant au petit déjeuner il était divin, beaucoup de produits excellents faits maison.
