Fahal the director is very kind and staff amazing

Cheap family room. Situated closed to tube, bus and train stations.

Cons:

Very noisy at night and the walls are thin like paper so we can hear everything from the next bedrooms. All the furniture is old and damaged. The flush of the toilet didn't work and it was hard locking up the bathroom door. We didn't dare to use the shower. The bed's blanket on the side of the wall was wet because of the humidity and we could spot mould in the seals of the window. We didn't feel confortable, we were just glad to leave as early as possible in the morning and we can only thank the hotel for providing a roof for one night.
