This hotel has it right . Room comfy and clean . Evening entertainment and good priced drinks . The hotel is very dog friendly . Staff made the dog very welcome . Location is perfect for quiet beach walk and tram into Blackpool . Gem of a find with this hotel .
We would have had the meal option if there was an area to eat that was pet friendly .
Clean
Beds where abit hard
It was ok
At first I thought it had made a good choice hotely looked nice
When we went to the room and the housekeeping hadn't been done from previous people there was rubbish in room
The service the staff were all brillaint and friendly, as I do my reviews on Google.
I would say from reception Day staff cashless to Night staff Andrew, they were very welcoming and friendly along with the other staff members.
The location was ideal it was on the North Pier side.
The hotel room was ideal worth it's while and value for money.
No issue with parking around the area, as the local streets are not permitted residence at all, which was a absolute bonus.
Beakfast menu was very good, as they catered for Vegans and Muslims.
Not much to dislike
Good value for money
Tv didn’t work
Location was great that’s about it
Our stay was disappointing overall. The rooms were dusty, which triggered my son’s asthma, and there was no hot water until I asked twice before the issue was resolved. The carpets were dirty, the floors creaked, and the hotel is in need of modernisation.
Parking was also an issue, with limited availability and an additional charge.
On the positive side, the location was good for us. It’s on the North Promenade with a tram stop right outside, making it easy to reach Blackpool Tower and the Central Promenade in around 10–15 minutes. We also had a nice view from our room.
Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again. For the price we paid, I believe there are much better and more reputable hotels available in Blackpool.
Shower room small shower to dark
Some staff nice some not
Room large, furniture up to date. Bed good.
Although we could, on second floor hear the entertainment it didn't bother us.
Window didn't close properly so drafty & a little chilly, reported & told windows being replaced soon
Location for us was good
Could do with a bit of upgrading
Breakfast was nothing special had to wait for it to come out and it was basic
The room was dated and awful a step up to the bathroom was a danger to us as we are both pensioners.
The breakfast was lovley and the staff . The reception girl was very helpful and got everything we requested .
No curtains on either windows. Was my biggest ick as the blinds were gapped
Room was comfortable and spacious, good entertainment.
Nothing really.
We liked the entertainment
The location was a bit to far & the temperature need sorting, it was going hot & cold.
Room was large
Staff acted like you were bothering them, only 4 car parking spaces
It was a quiet location
Ot was perfect
Been a few times like room 208 like the hotel location will definitely come back👍
Nothing
Meals were very good.
Staff excellent nothing too much trouble
Bed. Comfortable .
Entertainment good
Rooms very clean
Nothing
Hotel could do with a good refurb and a clean, rooms were ok but unfortunately the common areas and hall ways not very clean the showers and trays need replacing, staff behind reception could maybe be given uniforms and a little course in customer service
