I felt like I should wash and scrub once home!!

The entire property. Carpets disgusting need replaced or at the least cleaned. Foul smell in corridors, noise levels in rooms due to entertainment was beyond mental. Blinds in room broken, water pressure in shower was non existent. This hotel needs a proper look and revamp! Whilst can’t account for other guests behaviour and lack of respect for others whilst being loud in early hours traipsing to their rooms the hotel itself needs a serious makeover. The price for 2 nights led me to have zero expectation as you get what you pay for but this certainly surpassed that and not in a good way. To top it off the only lift that worked smelt like someone had urinated in it!

Other than taking severely ill, we had a fantastic time
Pros:

The staff and entertainment were amazing and couldn't do enough for us

Cons:

Unfortunately the hotel had a power cut, which resulted on us having to go outside the hotel for food.

Unfortunately due to this I ended up with food poisoning, severe sickness which resulted in myself having to go to the hospital

How friendly all the staff was. Entertainment was great. The cleaner did the room every day and clean towels.
