We found the staff very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was varied and enjoyable.The hotel location was good,and the complimentary drinks,ice cream and Ramen in the afternoon was a bonus.
Our only negative point was the size of the bathroom, it was so small.
Location is close to everything - train station, restaurants, Dotonbori, shopping centre etc.
The hotel offers a number of freebies which are not available in other hotels I have stayed in. The freebies include free drinks (alcoholic and soft), ice cream, ramen, massage chair, and they have daily activities like kimono trial, etc.
Minor comment is the lack of soundproofing. I could hear kids running and loudly talking in the hallway and I could hear cars on the road. The toilet is also bit small.

Near train station as well as great shopping and several coffee shops and restaurants. Really great breakfasts and evening ramen, cocktails. Laundry available. We appreciated the massage chairs in hotel lobby which were bonus after lots of walking. The staff was very friendly and helpful and took great care of forwarding our luggage to airport for us. We'd gladly stay at this hotel again if/when we return to Osaka!
