This is a fun and very family friendly hotel in a great location in Osaka. I have now stayed there twice and would highly recommend it. The fun family extras are the amazing massage chairs, the dining room with the offering of free tea & coffee, drinks and ice cream all the time, plus the amazing offer of alcoholic drinks each afternoon. A fabulous place to stay. Thanks so much.

It’s nice, efficient, and reasonably close distance to most thing. We didn’t have so much time to take use of the free ramen or activities but it’s a really nice touch!
We stayed here in January. We have stayed for quite a while in Japan. This is the only place that when we walked in the door the first time it felt like walking into a fridge it was so cold. That solved itself with the heater in the aircon eventually. The bathroom remained very cold, to the point were you dreaded going in there unless you had some clothes on. I asked the very friendly staff about it who said that’s how it is in Japan during winter.
