Das Zimmer mit Pool war wirklich sehr groß und geräumig. Es hat uns gut gefallen im Hotel

Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes, großes und sauberes Zimmer mit einem tollen Balkon! Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und für uns vollkommen ausreichend. Das Personal, besonders Valentina, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir haben unsere Zeit in dem Hotel sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! 😊

Pros:

Die Wohneinheit war gut ausgestattet und entsprach den Fotos. Das Personal war freundlich und wirklich serviceorientiert. Weil wir zeitig auf einen Ausflug wollten, haben sie uns das Frühstück schon am Vorabend aufs Zimmer gebracht.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war zur Strasse nach vorne ausgerichtet und diese ist viel befahren (hoher Lärmpegel), auch nachts. Für den Beach Club ist ein Mindestkonsum von 100 USD pro Person notwendig, um "freien" Eintritt zu haben. Das war uns echt zu viel.

Großzügige Zimmer, toller Außenbereich, Service war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Cons:

Es war leider sehr laut, wir hatten ein Zimmer zu einer viel befahrenen Straße. Die Fenster haben wohl eine Einfachverglasung.

Amazing hotel - our favourite place out of all 5 accomodations we stayed at in Mexico. We had the double floor apartment so there was ample space and a great kitchen area. Staff were friendly and informative. We would definitely come back.

Cons:

The breakfast area is a bit small so the staff have to coordinate timings with guests a day in advance. We skipped breakfast at the hotel for more flexibility and got to try more food options in Tulum.

Mismanagement
Pros:

Nice modern facilities

Cons:

Hard to find from road, name covered with vegetation and small entry kinda hidden. Tried calling for help but phone link didn't answer and WhatsApp from agency didn't respond. Receptionist said they were not correct numbers. Asked to talk to management about issue and they didn't show. Pool looked unhealthy, saw no one use it. Rooms on road side noisy and room we were in was moldy smelling.
Review request from agency on WhatsApp when I answered it, they basically said it was my problem they had supplied enough information to locate and didn't address the lack of response using provided phone numbers.

Molto bello L’alloggio dal punto di vista architettonico e bello il verde della struttura.
Pros:

La struttura è immersa nel verde. L’alloggio, organizzato su due piani, era molto bello e molto scenografico: grande soggiorno con terrazza, camera ampia e due bagni luminosi.

Cons:

La struttura purtroppo è poco curata, soprattutto nelle parti comuni: la manutenzione e le pulizie un po’ scarse.

A lovely place with a great atmosphere, but noise and poor sound insulation affected the experience.
Pros:

The environment was beautiful and relaxing, and the rooms were very nice and comfortable.

Cons:

There was some noise from the street, but more disturbing was the noise coming from the neighboring room right next to ours. The sound insulation is very poor, which made it difficult to rest. Also, the breakfast could have been a bit more generous.
