A lovely place with a great atmosphere, but noise and poor sound insulation affected the experience.
Pros:

The environment was beautiful and relaxing, and the rooms were very nice and comfortable.

Cons:

There was some noise from the street, but more disturbing was the noise coming from the neighboring room right next to ours. The sound insulation is very poor, which made it difficult to rest. Also, the breakfast could have been a bit more generous.

The room was great. Splendid pool in the small yard. Good small vegan breakfast combined of the fruits and coffe. Atmosphere was great. Personal was friendly and helpful. Great bathrooms with tropic showers. Ideal white sheets on the beds. Good wi-fi internet. Good kitchen though it lacks kattle (would be good to drink tea after the dinner).

Cons:

Noise from the road. If you get a room with the windows of the bedrooms facing the road , then it will be noisy in the bedrooms from the early morning till the late night as the windows are not noise-proof. And road is just 5-7 meters from the windows. But if all your windows look into the inner yard - you will be enjoying silence.

Nette Unterkunft für einen Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine wirklich schöne Ausstattung, in einer Mischung aus modernem Style und Urlaubsgefühl. Alles war sauber und bei kleineren Problemen konnte man die Mitarbeiter per WhatsApp erreichen. Das Team war sehr freundlich und hat uns auch einige Empfehlungen für Ausflüge gegeben.

Cons:

Leider war das Frühstück sehr enttäuschend. Wir haben dies in Mexiko mehrmals erlebt und auch hier, hat es an vielen Ecken gefehlt. Es gab Obst und Johurt, harte Toastscheiben und Marmelade - alles war portioniert und wirkte wie Abfertigung der Urlauber. Sehr schade!

Weiterhin war die Lage wenig zentral, aber dies haben wir beim Buchen ja selbst entschieden. Man benötigt definitiv ein Auto!

Schönes Hotel in Tulum aber sehr Laut

Die Anlage ist sehr schön. Das Zimmer klimatisiert und mit großem Bad echt Top. Personal war bei allen Fragen wirklich sehr hilfreich.Wlan Verbindunfd sehr gut. Fahrräder kann man sich ausborgen (ca.10€ pro Tag)

Cons:

Fenster sind sehr dünn und weil neben eine vielbefahrene Straße (und Hunde in der. Nähe) ist, ist es sehr laut und schlafen ohne Ohrenstöpsel fast nicht möglich.
Frühstückt wie in vielen anderen Bewertungen sehr mager und man bekommt nur diesen einen Teller also potential nach oben. Pool sehr klein.

Pros:

Apartament duplex is very good, super spacious and very well equipped.
Great balcony and open kitchen, very modern.
Pool is small but more than enough, very relaxing environment.

Cons:

In the 3rd night we had to change to a rear side duplex with a small pool inside. Great as well but very noise as insonorization was bad and you could hear the rear side road all night.
Breakfast is very poor in quality, juice is digusting and bread and butter too. Fruit was ok.

Totally recommend, would definitely go back!
Pros:

Clean, spacious, beautiful! Beach towels included, staff was very nice and lovely! The pool are had amazing music! The room spacious and loved the smell, always clean!

Cons:

Bikes are for rent 200 pesos per day per person and in previous hotels/aparts Ive been in Mexico and Tulum they were for free; and they only offer 1 key card per room and we were 5 people with different plans so that wasnt great! Can get noisy so not best insulated but was alright! And they dont have a storage room for luggage if your flight is later in the day but overall it was a very very nice experience loved it

Apartamento equipado y bonito decorado
Pros:

Las instalaciones están muy bien. Cogimos la jungle con piso superior con cocina y salón y está realmente bien. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario para hacer un poco de cocina. Esta muy bien decorado. Está en la zona de zama que es una zona nueva residencial y tranquila. Se puede aparcar en la puerta. Ducha muy cómoda. Personal muy amable y nos solucionaron los inconvenientes. Siempre con ganas de ayudar

Cons:

Si das a la parte de atrás del edificio hay mucho ruido durante toda la noche. La limpieza de las habitaciones es muy lenta. A las 4.30pm aún no nos habían limpiado la habitación. El desayuno incluido es muy básico. Sería mejor no ofrecerlo, porque no es acorde al lugar. Poca calidad y montado provisionalmente cada día en la zona de la piscina.
