Pros:

Cet hôtel qui n'a que quelques chambres (une dizaine je crois) est une pépite. Il est situé dans un endroit calme mais suffisamment animé pour qu'on ait qu'à marcher 5 minutes pour trouver d'excellents restaurants et coffee shop. La chambre était méga confortable avec une très belle vue et très calme. Mais surtout, le personnel de l'hôtel est vraiment ce qui fait la différence.? Jenny, Samiya et Tarek font tout pour rendre votre séjour idéal. Ils sont très professionnels, à l'écoute. J'ai passé trois nuits dans l'hôtel et ce n'était pas suffisant. Je reviendrai sans hésiter.

Staff were wonderful especially my Syrian friend one of the desk clerks Stayed 6 nights It's a smaller boutique hotel on a side street but close to everything The bed was wonderful and the breakfast American style was excellent

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt – herzliches Team, sehr sauber und unglaublich zuvorkommend.
Pros:

Top Hotel – freundlich, sauber, aufmerksam. Genau so soll’s sein!
Und für mich persönlich das beste: man konnte das Fenster öffnen!

Fabulous small hotel, breakfast lets it down.
Pros:

Compared to other hotels the room was enormous and the bathroom, shower and bath fabulous. We might have had a good rate am not sure but it was excellent value for money.

Cons:

The breakfast was limited and you we were restricted to a time slot. Shame as otherwise I would really recommend this hotel.

Tout ! La chambre très confortable et à la décoration soignée,la salle de bain avec la baignoire à jets, l'amabilité du personnel, le quartier à la fois central et tranquille.

Cons:

Si vraiment on veut trouver quelque chose à redire, le fromage et le jambon servis au petit déjeuner ne sont pas à la hauteur du reste des prestations.

Pros:

Das Hotelzimmer war sehr geräumig und hatte eine hochwertige Ausstatung. Besonders gefallen hat uns dass uns jeden Morgen das Frühstück ins Zimmer gebracht wurde. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstrasse nicht weit weg von verschiedenen Attraktionen.

Love, Love, Love this Hotel, we were very sad to leave!
Pros:

We will ALWAYS stay at this Hotel from now on whenever we are in Kyoto! Everything about this place is perfect, from the matcha tea on arrival, to the beautiful staff & location. A very cool neighbourhood with a very local feel, great restaurants in & around the hotel itself & walking distance to pretty much everywhere. We were able to have great breakfasts in the room as well, which was a great way to start the day. An absolute must stay!

Spacious, quiet rooms. Very clean. Amazing and attentive staff. Great ventilation. The staff were able to provide memory foam pillows.

An absolute must stay in Kyoto!
Pros:

Everything! We took a taxi from the train, other than that everything is in walking distance including a very cool street with an Amazing bakery & a cool restaurant Charli which we ate at on our last night. The Staff are incredible & very happy to do anything for you.
The room was such a nice change from the tiny ones in Tokyo & as we were staying 5 nights it was like a home away from home. Very cool part of town, definitely recommend!
