We had a really lovely stay overall. The room was comfortable, clean, and exactly as described, and the location made everything very convenient.
What stood out the most was the service. Even after we had checked out, the staff were incredibly kind and went out of their way to help us. That level of care really made a difference and left a very positive impression.
The only small downside for me was the cash deposit. I received it back without any issues, but it would have been more convenient had it been by card. Having to withdraw an extra 2,000 baht, pay a 250 baht ATM fee, and then exchange it back after checkout meant losing a bit of value. It’s quite a sum that could otherwise go toward things like street food. Just something future guests may want to know in advance.

The size of the room was great, large enough for a couple wher everyone have their own space. The bed was huge and soft, and the pillows were comfortable! Sounds funny but the fact that they refilled the complimentary (delicious) water was really nice. The location is amazing, you have both BTS and MRT stations nearby (5min walk), which will take you everywhere you need to go.
Nothing except breakfast. I didn’t pay extra for breakfast since I had it in my stay included so I don’t care, but I think if it’s not I would actually recommend to skip it. There are so many amazing cafes and restaurants to have amazing breakfast at, I would not spend money on this hotel’s breakfast.
That's one of the hotels that exceeded my expectations. Great service, great room, great location! I was staying in a large suite with a bath, would definitely stay there again.

The pillow is too high and we ended up having a sore neck the whole time and bed is too hard.

There is a mini fitness centre at level 3, which was not mentioned in the website. A surprising find.
The power outlets are universal as well, there is no need to use a travel adaptor, nice.
Wireless mobile charger are available as well.
You are unable to log in multiple mobile devices using the wireless wifi login.

It was newly renovated and generally well located. They also offered a beer at a happy hour for their guests. Staff were pleasant.
We failed to sleep. There was a party next door which went on until 5am within a room. We contacted reception twice and they eventually ejected the guests. It's not the hotel's fault but the thin walls and cliente left us with a soured experience.
Nice location and there’s a laundry store in the front
Alloggio fantastico in una delle diramazioni di Sukhumvit, vicinissimo allo street food della zona e a diversi servizi come massaggi, lavanderia, parrucchieri e ristoranti! Staff molto accogliente e solare, stanza ampia con aria condizionata e tutti i confort necessari per un soggiorno di alcuni giorni! La colazione è uno dei punti forti, disponibilità di buffet con frutta, verdura, tramezzini, yogurt e altro, più una scelta dalla cucina, ottima per partire alla scoperta dii Bangkok! Siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dalla struttura, la pulizia e la presenza molto gradita dello staff! Torneremmo assolutamente!
