Cons:

The room was not clean upon arrival. There was hair and dust on the floor, and the room appeared unfinished. The bed had hair on it, and the pillow had an unpleasant odor, like sweat. I also believe the blanket and towel were not washed. The bathroom was in very poor condition and felt unsafe to use. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this room. 👎👎👎

We didn’t stay since the property is filthy and it smells.

They can't supply water properly. Sometimes need to complain but they can't accomodate the concerns,.

Cons:

As a solo traveler, I found it creepy. The hotel is under renovation, there is no reception desk. No shower in the bathroom, it was broken. The airport is not easily reachable. I do not recommend if you are solo.

A night experience
Pros:

The room is pretty spacious, it has 2 single beds that can actually fit 2 people per bed.

It has air-conditioned and a wall fan which gives you comfort while sleeping.

They have complementary tissue, soap and dental kit (but with names/logo from other hotels 😂).

They have heater in their shower but the water pressure is low.

The price is also cheap for 2 people and it is near to the place where we are attending an event.

Cons:

There is no reception which makes it harder for you to check in. You have to do a phone call to connect with the room boy who can assist you to your room.

No elevator, we have to use the stairs to get to the 4th floor where our room is located.

The comfort room and shower is not separated and the space is very tiny but acceptable since you can still manage to do your thing.

The building is pretty old and looks like it wasn't finished and the receiving area is untidy.

Upon check-out, we leave early for the event. I tried calling the room boy to check out but we ended up leaving the key to the room boy's quarter and sent a message as to where we placed the key.

The location is far from the airport. It should have standby personnel in the information desk The upstairs and hallway must be properly lighted..
