The hotel has a pleasant lobby and bar area, although the corridors are somewhat dated. The reception staff were polite and welcoming. The younger restaurant staff were friendly and helpful; however, some of the older staff were less approachable and at times appeared unhelpful.

It is important to arrive at the restaurant as soon as it opens, as food becomes cold quickly and guests may need to use the microwave. The lifeguard at the pool was excellent — very friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist.

The bedrooms were clean, though the beds were slightly uncomfortable.

Unfortunately, the entertainment team was a significant disappointment. Most activities and announcements were conducted in French, and there was little effort to engage with English-speaking guests. On one evening in the bar, an entertainer spoke in French for over half an hour without checking the audience. An English guest eventually expressed frustration, pointing out that no one had been asked about their language. When the entertainer finally asked, it turned out that everyone present was English, which seemed to irritate him. For the remainder of the evening, his attitude towards speaking English appeared reluctant.

While the entertainer later began asking guests about their nationality before evening activities, it was clear that bilingual communication was not delivered with enthusiasm. An international hotel should make equal efforts to include all guests, regardless of nationality or language.

If the hotel primarily caters to French guests, this should be made clear in advance. Guests come on holiday to relax, not to feel excluded or unwelcome. The entertainment team would benefit from better training or replacement to ensure all visitors are treated with equal respect and inclusion.

My family and I stayed here for 11 nights last year in July all inclusive and we were rather impressed. There was a variety of food served each service, including a pasta and pizza section which my daughter was very pleased about, if you did not fancy anything from there you could also use the glovo app amd order a cheeky mcdonalds!
There was entertainment on every day and the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean. Make sure to go buy towels from the shack by the pool as you're not allowed to use the ones from the room.

Everything was easy no issues

The pool facilities were great. There is a kids/main pool, water park pool and an adults only pool- where we spent most of our time. Rooms had lovely big beds and we were greeted with soft drinks on arrival. Different food every night at buffet and can usually find something you like. Close enough to the city centre (around 20 min taxi) but can be expensive if you hadnt booked free bus service.

Before reading, please note that I hate complaining, but I feel it’s important to warn others.
We arrived hopeful, but our experience quickly went downhill. On the first night, my 3-year-old son hit his head on a sharp bedside table that is fixed to the wall, resulting in 13 stitches and 12 hours at a nearby health clinic. When I ran to reception, there was no pathway lighting at all, which is extremely dangerous at night, especially for parents with children.
There was no urgency from reception, and it took around 20 minutes to get a taxi to the clinic. While the medical staff were excellent, the hotel showed very little concern afterwards. The room layout is not child-safe, and nothing was done by management to follow up.
This is not a family-friendly hotel. The kids club and mini disco were repeatedly advertised but never actually happened, leaving our child disappointed every evening. There was also no clear or consistent information about activities in the hotel.
The pools were freezing and visibly dirty, slides closed for long periods, and there was no entertainment around the pool.
Food and drink were very poor for a supposed 4-star all-inclusive. The buffet was basic, badly labelled, and there were no allergen labels at all, which is a major safety concern. Hygiene was also an issue — drinking glasses were often dirty and still had orange pulp in them. Cocktails were unpleasant, the wine undrinkable, and many guests ordered takeaway food each night.
The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, with very limited on-site facilities, and staff appeared uninterested throughout our stay — even at check-out.
Overall, we would not return. What was meant to be a cheap break ended up costing us far more than expected. Buy cheap, buy twice.

The scenic views, aqua park is beautiful

The hotel is located around 20-25 mins from Marrakesh, with a courtesy bus twice a day. There is nothing walkable nearby. The hotel is nice with a pleasant lobby, but could do with a bit of updating in places. Our room was very spacious, but could have done with a few more things in it, such as drawers, but it was kept spotless,cleaned every day. The food is ok nothing special you can always find something to eat but most of the hot food isn’t hot it’s warm you know it not hot because there’s a microwave at the end of the counter to warm it up. 😂😂😂. Even though it’s was all inclusive hotel there’s a sports bar where you have to pay for drinks which explains why it’s always empty. We had a spa couples massage which was nice and not that dear think it was about £50 and you get an hour in the spa pool afterwards too. The best thing about the hotel is the staff they are all really friendly, very hardworking and can’t do enough for you, they are an absolute credit to the hotel. There were other British guests, but the majority are French and the hotel is aimed more towards them. We were here for New Year’s Eve and the gala dinner and entertainment were a highlight. Check out time is 12pm and our pick up time was 5.30pm there’s a luggage room but no complimentary room to have a shower or get changed. Would we stay here again I’m not sure if the price was cheap enough we would consider it.

The hotel is not a 4 star, it is very tired and requires alot of work to become 4 stars.
Bad bits, work being carried out, rude staff, rooms tired and in need of upgrading. You couldn't get bottled water between 11pm and 10am. It's ok when you know. It's definitely set up for French tourists as all the leaflets and excursion information is in French. Waiters in the restaurant are on you as soon as your plate is empty, making you feel rushed. A la carte restaurant was just food from the main restaurant, unbelievable disappointment. Restaurant staff were very unhelpful, when asking for butter or anything it was always a chore. For an all inclusive the food was served from 7am-10.30am, 12.30- 14.30 and 19.00 - 21.30 with nothing in between.

Good bits, the food choice was good, the free bus into Marakesh was good. Some bar staff were really good.

Overall its not the sort of place I would return to. There re to many negatives to outweigh the positives. If you are looking for a holiday where the staff welcome you and try and make it an enjoyable experience this is definitely not for you.

When we arrived all paperwork you have to fill in yourselves ok that’s done. Room smelled of mould or something similar. No pool towels so you have bring your own. Dinner is even worst - only one meat choise no fish available to get even cooked chicken you have to wait in a queue. To get chips again around 20 min to wait because they runs out straight away . No choice of vegetables either. Can’t get drink with your dinner. Lobby bar opens around 6pm so if want to get drink you need to go to second pool and then you can sit somewhere and enjoy. No water bottles in room so if you want go downstairs again . One of the pools was closed. Room looked half empty like someone took out sofa bed or something and left double bed in big room in middle.
