Clean hotel with friendly staff, but very noisy

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and cozy. Breakfast was good for a four-star hotel.

Cons:

This was a business trip and we stayed at the hotel for 7 nights. We left at 9 a.m. and returned around 9 p.m., so the only thing we needed was a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, we did not get it.
Our room was on the first floor, directly above the reception, with tram tracks right next to the window, including a turning loop. The noise and metal screeching were extremely loud from early morning until late at night.
I travel frequently and usually sleep very well, but this was the worst sleep I have ever had in a hotel. Because of this, I cannot give a good rating.

Odamızdaki tüm bozuk paralarımız çalındı iki gün arayla. Oğlumun oyuncaklarını poşette olduğu için çöp zannedip çöpe attılar. Ve odaya girilmemesini söylememize rağmen odamıza girdiler. Odalar buz gibi. Personeller, ilgisiz. Sadece bar bölümünde çalışan yaşlı bi beyefendi güler yüzlüydü. 4. Gelişim milanoya, ilk deneyimimiz bu otel. Hiç bi şekilde tavsiye etmiyorum. Cok büyük hayal kırıklığı. Bu arada tranvay sesinden uyuyamayabilirsiniz.
