Location was perfectly good in the heart of Orchard. Amenities were easy to find. Sheltered 10mins walk to Somerset Mrt.
Very dim. Not enough proper lighting in the room. Only blue striped lights.
The location was perfect. I have stayed more than once and I keep booking this because of the location and price.
The shared toilets and showers need to be cleaned more often. There are people who clearly don’t understand cleanliness. The pantry too needs to be cleaned more often. The staff need to be more aware of the common areas.

The location and the rooms that are comfortable
There was VERY LOUD MUSIC UNTIL 3-4 am from the bar downstairs. So loud that it is impossible to sleep.
The price was okay on the cheap end.
I had a few bugs visit me in my bed. The bathrooms were very unsanitary. And the ladyboy ish people in the lobby were quite loud. Especially at night

Cost; was F1 weekend and std hotels wanted £850 a night at weekend. This accommodation is utilitarian; but I lived 12 years on a narrow boat and do a lot of camping, so well used to utility accommodation! Just deal with it. That said, this location in Orchard with bars and restaurant selection just out the front door was great.
AC control kept switching off on a timer and UI was impenetrable to fix it.
Location is fine, need lift cause the hotel situated in 1st floor
