Very Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were comfortable and location was excellent. Also breakfast buffet was included for the price. Would highly recommend this and will come back for sure!
Lovely old fashioned hotel. Great staff. Nice pool. And the atrium is so cute with the Koi fish. The one combined machine in the gym was stuck and is not functioning.
Slightly off center, lot of walk or tuktuk time.
I personally didn't like the breakfast, they served a lot of traditional food, which I would not touch in the morning.
Staff!! RATHA and RATANA were amazing and helped us a lot with everything what we needed at all times. They also invited with fresh water and let us stay in the hotel the time we wanted before leaving.
Swimming pool is big and very comfortable.
Fitness area is complete and has everything you need to exercise.
Price is very affordable for what they offer.
Reception is big and comfortable and have space to.sit down and watch the fishes on a pond.
Very big hotel with enough space to wander around.
Wifi was unstable sometimes in the night.
The hotel is some blocks away from Siem Reap city center.
The minute we arrived we were met by such kindness. We were given a drink and a cool wash cloth for our hands and face. The hotel is so beautiful and small so felt very homey. Our Room was spacious and bed comfortable. All the staff was wonderful but especially Ratha she made sure to welcome us and made our stay special. We loved the breakfast and the pool was exceptional.
Nothing
Lovely friendly staff
Sokchea is tasteful hotel in a quiet neighborhood, with a large pool, hospitable staff, and spacious rooms with very comfortable beds and pillows.
Very good place with a good location. U can find a big supermarket nearby where u can buy food and other things.
All people working there are very very friendly. Especially Mr Piseth Say helped me a lot in all questions. And all people working in the hotel are really very very serviceable.
The hotel is super clean. The room which i was provided was equipped with all necessary things. I liked swimming pool aswel.
I really enjoyed my staying there several days and loved this hotel. I defenetely recommend this hotel for staying.
We booked this hotel last minute, after leaving another hotel. When we arrived they were not expecting us (we booked 10 mins prior). The staff were friendly and efficient and checked us in quickly. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good with hot and cold options. All staff were excellent. The pool area was lovely and nice to dip into at the end of the day.
Nothing, it was great.
A perfect stay!
I had an amazing stay at this hotel, where everything was absolutely perfect. The rooms are large, spacious, and very comfortable, providing the ideal setting for relaxation. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of fresh and tasty products.
A huge thank you to Ratana and Ratha for their warm welcome and bright smiles, which made this experience even more enjoyable. The entire staff is exceptionally kind and always attentive to guests' needs.
I highly recommend this hotel and will gladly return!
The back rooms are very quiet. Easy to sleep late. Very clean throughout the entire place. Best location for access to everything in Siem Reap. Large grocery store across the street that carries a huge selection of everything. Breakfast was excellent as was the restaurant. The chef, Mr Bon, is exceptional. We chose to eat there several times because the food was great and the restaurant is quite. The entire staff was beyond excellent. They make you feel special and are always around to help. We’ve stayed at several hotels during our month long trip and the 9 days spent here were great. We highly recommend this hotel.
The shower pressure was a bit on the low end, also hot and cold fluctuations during the shower occurred occasionally. This was a common occurrence during our travels in many other hotels so I don’t know if there is any solution.
Staff was very helpful and kind
The location is great ,had nearby a super market and food place and away from busyness and pub street
The clean service was excellent
Many amenities and toiletries
Nice swimming pool but I didn’t used it
I whould like the restaurant not to be closed so early
The hotel was beautiful. We felt like we were staying at our own personal villa.
Nothing major, but minor things like the door to the bathroom didn’t want to shut properly.
The hotel is very central to the town, and Angkor Wat. The hotel has a lovely swimming pool, there is a supermarket just 3 minutes walk away.
Right before jumping in our taxi to depart to the airport one of the staff members grabs us and shows us 2 hand towels with stains and demands for us to pay 8 euros for them. Not only we had no time to challenge if even those were ours or not (because we were LITERALLY at the doorstep when they decided to raise this), but also If you’ve been to Cambodia you know that with 8 euros you get a 3 courses meal for two people, so the price looked exaggerated for 3 small hand towels.
Also, communicating with the stuff was difficult all the time since they didn’t have anyone who could speak proper English, we had to communicate with signs many times.
average type, bit old hotel. staff were helpful.
breakfast was boring. no restaurant is open day and night.
