Excellent hotel with very helpful staff
Pros:

We had a great stay here. The breakfast is superb and unlimited so you can order as much as you want. The staff were all lovely and really attentive, always responding super quickly to any requests we had. The room was a great size with a balcony and a separate study. It was very clean and well maintained.

Cons:

Although the breakfast was fantastic, we were not fans of the dinner menu at the restaurant as it was quite a niche restaurant. It is not the fault of the hotel, but you should be aware that it is on a very busy road in comparison to the surrounding areas.

Pros:

When I first visited this resort in the middle of the rice fields last year, I fell in love with it. Again this year, my friend and I enjoyed the beautiful complex whit balinese architecture in the middle of rice fields, with excellent food, surrounded by warm people who make up the whole of Svarga bebek villas. Pleasant hotel a bit off the very busy center of Ubud.
Pros:

We loved the location, quiet and not too far from the center by cab. It is very easy to get a Grab. Experience both restaurants. At the Indonesian restaurant the tables are scattered around a yard of rice patties which invites you for a stroll. The staff is attentive and helpful.

Cons:

It seems there were issues previously because during check-in you are insistently told about extra charges which may occur in case of damages, losses or other.

あまり時間がなくてホテルでゆっくりできなかったのが残念。次はゆっくり滞在したい。併設のレストランも行ってみたかった。クタにも支店があった。

皆さんとても親切だった。朝食の種類が多く楽しかった。

Cons:

中心地から離れているため、シャトルに乗らないといけないがシャトルの時間が少ない。

Pros:

Es una pasada de sitio. Como estar en la naturaleza. Un jardín muy bien cuidado.
El minibar en gratis y te lo rellenan todos los días, (no esperes alcohol). En la habitación te encuentras con unos aperitivos de cortesía (incluyendo unos bombones que están buenísimos) y también con fruta.
La piscina es muy chula (una de ellas, la otra estaba cerrada por ser temporada baja). Desde el balcón de la habitación teníamos vistas a un arrozal. Hay esculturas hasta en el baño.
En el desayuno te traen café (muy rio) o té, eliges zumo y te dan una carta y de ahí eliges lo que quieras. Lo dulce son cositas pequeñas, pero es que es todo muy elaborado. Eso sí, no vayas con prisa, que tardan un poquito en traer las cosas, pero es que te las hacen en el momento. La comida es excelente, una calidad insuperable, y la especialidad es el pato (de ahí el nombre del restaurante), que está delicioso. El mejor que hemos probado nunca. Eso sí, sólo comimos allí un día porque es un poco caro.
Por la tarde te invitan al afternoon tea hasta las 5, y te traen una cajita con cositas dulces y saladas. Una delicia.

Cons:

Estaba un pelín retirado del centro, pero viendo el centro de Ubud y el ruido y el tráfico que hay, casi que es mejor alojarse aquí y ya ir en Grab a donde quieras.

Soy bajita y la cama era demasiado alta.

Un hotel de categoría en un oasis aunque un poco antiguo/ anticuado
Pros:

La tranquilidad y sensación de estar fuera de todo aún estando tan cerca de la carretera y del centro de Ubud, los free shuttles, las dos piscinas, la espaciosidad, el restaurante es de muy buena calidad. Los chocolates de la tarde en nuestra habitación 😗, el afternoon tea 🌺☕. Y el incienso de cada mañana en nuestro portal.

Cons:

Las almohadas (muy altas - tampoco pedimos otras, igual tenían), los muebles de estilo balines muy oscuros (a mí me gustan las decoraciones y cuadros más claros y livianos). También la secuencia de las comidas: un poco desordenado (nos traían las tostadas mucho antes que los huevos, entonces estaban ya frías y húmedas cuando queríamos comerlas con los huevos, la mantequilla en muy poca cantidad, no tuvieron algo de la carta del desayuno durante 3 mañanas, y quise peanut butter en vez de mantequilla pero no tenían...). También en la cena (riquísima por cierto) nos trajeron las french fries con la entrada cuando las queríamos con el plato principal,en este caso, pato. Creo que es porque en Europa comemos de otra manera.

Highly recommend SBV! Will be back next time I'm in Ubud!
Pros:

The staff were so nice and accommodating! It was such a pleasant first experience in Ubud. All the staff are super approachable and genuinely friendly. Our luggages went missing during our flight and they helped us tracking and keeping us updated when the bags would arrive. Because of this, we also arrived really late (at 2am) and they made sure the staff were ready to greet us, even so late. But I believe their rexeption might be 24/7 open. I really appreciated the receptionist walking us to our room and explaining where everything was, how things worked, they even have free refillable water bottles!
Food was excellent, we were super sad when we had our last meal. Rooms were so spacious and the bathroom also excellent. Very pretty settings, pool, restaurants, even walkway to your room looked idyllic!
They will drive you to town and pick you up at set times, which is explained at reception and on a leaflet they give you. They will communicate with you on WhatsApp, which was a new experience for me, but worked really well at this place! Location was also great to get to the main areas of Ubud, and the villas are on a massive property with a couple of amazing restaurant options available.
They even give you bug spray so you don't get bitten when you're out and about in Ubud. And they spray the rooms at set times as well - which they will inform you about when you arrive.
I feel like the expectations the advertisements have set, they have lived up to them, so I'm very satisfied!
I'm definitely coming back to Svarga Bebek Villas next time I'm in Ubud!

Cons:

Can't think of anything really, I was super satisfied with the place. There were a few tiny ants that were crawling around, but that's just a generic SE Asia experience no matter where you go.

Pas fait pour se reposer
Pros:

Le personnel très sympathique et accueillant

Cons:

J’ai réservé cette établissement pour me reposer après 2 semaines à java de randonnée d’activité mais malheureusement j’étais plus fatigué qu’avant.
Les chambres du fond de l’établissement à côté d’une route donc réveillé à plusieurs reprise par des motos.
Obligé de dormir avec des bouchons d’oreille même avec ça insonorisation zéro.
Le petit déjeuner :
Les commandes sont bien noté mais le chef en cuisine ne respecte pas les demandes 2 jours de suite.
Pour info j’attend toujours mon omelette
Je n’ai pas pris de petit déjeuner aujourd’hui car au bout de 30 min rien donc je suis parti le ventre vide.
