위치가 정말 좋아서 교통이 편리하였음

Cons:

노인이라서 자동 체크인 시스템이 어려워서 문의했더니 직원이 나와서 도와주었으나 도와주는 방법이 틀렸다는 생각이 들었다 여러과정이 있는데 한개 도와주고 직원은 들어가고 또 한 과정에서는 몰라 직원 도움을 요청하고 과정 과정마다 일일이 직원의 도움이 필요한데 그냥 한꺼번에 직원이 도와주면 될 것을 하나 하고 직원은 들어가고 또 나와서 도와주고 이렇게 5번이나 번거롭게 하는 것은 정말 이해가 되지 않았음

Excellent location, good value.

Cons:

Kiosk check-in was a little bit inconvenient. I missed the human touch at check-in. Breakfast restaurant was an outside vendor in the first floor, which was not clarified at the time of reservation and selection of food was limited. On top of that, coffee was not included in the prepaid breakfast option.
