Für 2 Nächte war es völlig in Ordnung
Pros:

die Lage fanden wir sehr gut, die Zimmer sind freundlich, sauber und die Betten sehr bequem
das grosse Badezimmer ist ideal

Cons:

Wir sind 75 und 82 Jahre alt und schätzen es mehr, wenn man in einem Hotel von jemandem 'empfangen' wird.
Da kann man eine Auskunft bekommen wie z.B. ob wir das Auto in einer Garage abstellen können...
Die Anonymität beim Ankommen finden wir unpersönlich und nicht so angenehm,

Comfortable hotel @ excellent location
Pros:

Konumı harika. Ücretsiz kahvenizi alıp nehir kenarında içebilirsiniz. Tam karşısındaki Coop market de uygun fiyatlı yemek için müthiş bir imkan. Resepsiyon yok ama Booking üzerinden mesajlara çok hızlı dönüş yapıldı.

Cons:

Kahve makinesi bazen bozuldu, daha sık kontrol edilse iyi olur.

Pros:

La ubicación era muy buena, puedes ir andando a todos lados y también esta muy bien comunicado en transporte público.

Cons:

Los colchones, sobre todo el del sofá cama, son incomodísimos, es finísimo y te clavas todos los cuadrados en la espalda, imposible dormir bien. No hay baños en recepción ni personal en todo el edificio.

Pros:

Nagyon jó helyen található az egyszerű, de tiszta és kényelmes szállás. Az ingyen kávé/tea/gyümölcs igazán jól esett.

El hotel está muy bien situado, está limpio la relacion calidad-precio es muy buena

The view from the room is everything! Super central location with the tram right outside, so easy to navigate the city. Easy self check-in process & check out. Basel Card sent immediately via email. Very happy

Der Self Check-in funktioniert nicht. Wir haben zwei Zimmer gebucht in den oberen Etagen, das eine Zimmer war nicht sauber gemacht worden um 20Uhr abends. Daraufhin musste ich an dem Abend noch ein anderes Zimmer organisieren. Das Self Check-in mit unserer Buchungsnummer hat nicht funktioniert. Musste mehrmals anrufen um überhaupt einchecken zu können.
Das Hotel ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmermöbeln sind irgendwie zusammen gewürfelt, an den Wänden sind Flecken, Das Badezimmer ist ungefähr 50 Jahre alt. Es ist schlimmer als eine Jugendherberge, wenn irgendetwas passiert ist kein Ansprechperson vor Ort. Man musste ständig anrufen, um Hilfe zu bekommen, kein Restaurant oder Frühstück ist vor Ort verfügbar. Es ist nur eine Unterkunft mit schlechte Ausstattung und unpersönlich. Es ist wirklich nicht empfehlenswert.
