Pros:

The breakfast was excellent well worth the money . Staff excellent also . The big gardens well maintained and the views from the resort breath taking

A seaside hotel near the airport with incredbly polite and honest staff with tidy hotel rooms.
Pros:

I left my jacket in the hotel room and e-mailed the hotel if it was there. Luckily, the room service staff kept my jacket in safe keeping. Despite the fact that i left the jacket there for almost three weeks, I am thankful that they were honest people and it does really matter. In addition to that the hotel staff were polite and approachable at all times.

Cons:

Some wooden skirtings in the bathroom looked old and needs to be replaced but the generally the hotel room was exceptionally clean.

pool closed and no notice of closure until too late ( checkin). eg. i would have continued staying at dusit thani if i was notified in a timely manner. / room is inadequate - windows need repair, shoer toold, small, lighting switches are confusing and not labeled,
