Pros:

The hotel is top 5stars, excellent room service, also at the pool, great breakfast.

Cons:

The beach is useless.
Some parts obviously need maintanance.

Very disappointing and inconvenient
Pros:

Location and the grounds were the best part as they were well kept.

Cons:

The service was terrible. We had lots of issues with our reservation due to the lack of front desk experience. Our toilet needed maintenance and it took half a day for someone to come fix it with no alternative offered while waiting for a solution - I told them im pregnant and it wasn’t acknowledged that I would need easy access at all times. There’s a card in the room that says you can speak to front desk using WhatsApp because no one was answering the phones and of course no was was also replying to my messages on the app about asking for our bags to be delivered or for the toilet fixing updates. No responses and when we left there was no apology and again no acknowledgment of how uncomfortable our stay was. There was issues trying to charge food back to rooms even though we had given them a $4000 peso cash deposit for incidentals. Definitely won’t be coming back and won’t be recommending.

Pros:

The property is very convenient if you want to go to the Samal island, many ferry options are close.

Cons:

The sea is very dirty, and even though the hotel has a beach, you are not allowed to go to the water.

Mooie locatie maar kamers hard toe aan opknapbeurt.
Pros:

Personeel aan de receptie. Tuin en zwembad zijn heel netjes en geeft je echt een tropische sfeer.

Cons:

De kamer. Helaas hebben de kamera hunnbeste tijd gehad. Het slot innde schuifdeur naar balkon was kapot en deur kon alleen afgesloten worsen met een ketting. Het bad was enorm beschadigd door slijtage. De kranen vielen bijna van de muur. Een renovatie is zeer hard nodig. Anders is de kamer de orijs niet waard.

Nice location
Pros:

The breakfast is very nice lot of food to choose from,and also the location there's a lot to do in this hotel,the ambiance you can seat near to the beach even thought quest is not allowed to swim there,they very huge pool and a big nice garden with very nice landscaping that every someone is cleaning.I like all the front entrance there the one who called taxi.Its very relaxing and quite place since it's away from the public commuters.Rest assured that your breaking clean because of surrounded by nature.

Cons:

I stayed in the second floor the balcony is good,bed is very clean and comfortable.The things i didn't like is the rest room it needs to be renovated it very old and need some attention and also the furniture is out dated as well.

The security and the staff were always attentive.The view was great with all the trees.

Cons:

The devote was outdated.I felt like I was in a fifties hotel.The tub looked like it was caulked by a 3 year old.The first day the toilet was clogged it was not worth the money.
